I really appreciated the professionalism of the sales team and their willingness to allow me the comfort of negotiating based on the value of my trade in and the price of the new vehicle rather than sole team and their willingness to allow me the comfort of negotiating based on the value of my trade in and the price of the new vehicle rather than solely on the monthly payment. In the end it was the affordability of the monthly payment that was the deciding factor but there was no confusion as to what I paid for the vehicle and what I got for my trade. The only issue I have with Koons was that I had to wait over four hours on my initial visit and the day I accepted delivery of my new Denali.
