From my first internet inquiry to the final sale, Koons GM and the staff was very responsive. I feel they went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. Maks gave me a GM and the staff was very responsive. I feel they went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. Maks gave me a very thorough overview of my new Lacrosse and the technology, so I was very comfortable driving it home that day. He also took me through the service area-so I know what to expect when time for that first oil change, etc. April in financing was also very helpful. She understand our purchase goals and offered us several options to fit our needs. At no time did we feel pressured to select one over the other. We have not taken our car in for its first service yet but I have no doubt it will be as pleasant experience. More

As a USAA member, I have a wonderful experience with Koons's staff specially Mr. Ruben Perez. He answered all my questions expeditiously and got the car I was looking for. After trying to make a deal with our local Chevy dealer in Martinsburg,WV with no success, I gave Koons a try since I found them on autotrader.com I spoke with Earl who was full of energy and was helping m in Martinsburg,WV with no success, I gave Koons a try since I found them on autotrader.com I spoke with Earl who was full of energy and was helping me out instantly. He gave me a price and I told him I would think about. He followed up with a phone call to see if I made a decision. Before that I was calling our local dealer and actually offering to give more, but not their asking price. They didn't budge! They said they were only going to make $114.00 off the deal and they wouldn't go lower. When Earl called and I told him the price that I wanted. Which was $500 less than what I asked my local dealer to drop down to...guess what??? The said yes! I ended up with a 2011 Chevy Traverse at $2000.00 less than my local dealer's price! Earl also was a great help with setting up our OnStar account and bluetooth for our hands free phone calling! He was super friendly and didn't mind the 5 and 3 year old tagging along and eating lunch at his desk. This dealership rocks!!! To top it off Byron Marine guided us through the financing part of the deal with ease and answered all questions. He offered us extended warranties, etc. Didn't push and accepted "no" and left it at that. What was also nice was a lady working there took our kids into her office and allowed them to draw and talked to them for a good while. We REALLY appreciated that! The dealership went above and beyond expectations. It took less than 1 hour of total time to do the deal with Earl over the phone on Friday. Saturday we were there by 10:45 AM and we were out the door at about 2:00pm. They were great! I will refer Koons to everyone I know. I just cant wait to take my new Traverse to our local dealer for oil changes, etc. with that Koons sticker on the back :) More
I used to like Koons, but then I bought a 2005 Cobalt from them and the radio went on the fritz 9 days later and they refused to fix it at no cost to me! 2 days over the return period and they won't fix from them and the radio went on the fritz 9 days later and they refused to fix it at no cost to me! 2 days over the return period and they won't fix it. That shows poor customer service. I don't think that I'll ever buy a car from them again. I bought the car at Koon's Tyson's GM. The used car manager told me he could do nothing for me, but he hoped this didn't leave "a bad taste in my mouth", of course, it did. I mean, a couple hundred dollar repair over the $8,000 dollars I spent? Shame on you Koon's. More
