I used to like Koons, but then I bought a 2005 Cobalt from them and the radio went on the fritz 9 days later and they refused to fix it at no cost to me! 2 days over the return period and they won't fix from them and the radio went on the fritz 9 days later and they refused to fix it at no cost to me! 2 days over the return period and they won't fix it. That shows poor customer service. I don't think that I'll ever buy a car from them again. I bought the car at Koon's Tyson's GM. The used car manager told me he could do nothing for me, but he hoped this didn't leave "a bad taste in my mouth", of course, it did. I mean, a couple hundred dollar repair over the $8,000 dollars I spent? Shame on you Koon's. More

I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 pm, test drove two vehicles, and made my selection. I was home with my new vehicle, at a price I was willing to pay by 11:00 pm. It was by far my best, fastest, experience purchasing a new vehicle. I will definitely recommend Koons of Tysons Corner to any of friends who are in the market for a new GMC or Chevrolet. The following statement is my comment regarding option 2: Other information I wish I had before going to the dealership. I received financing for the vehicle through the dealership, but have subsequently received financing at a better interest rate through USAA, so I will immediately make changes to this aspect of my purchase. I appreciated being allowed to drive the Chevrolet Cruze home in order to pick up some needed paperwork. Kudos to Wayne Chase for so clearing explaining the financing forms. He had the admirable manner of encouraging me to take my time in perusing the documents. Both men are the faces of Koons for me. I was very surprised at the first rate guest relations that are provided by this team at Koons at Tysons Corner. On Sunday night I requested more information from an online used car ad and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Bruce to follow-up. His demeanor was extremely pleasant and informative. Because of this phone call, I made an appointment to come in and see the vehicle that afternoon. Bruce was very welcoming and had already prepared for my visit. I was introduced to Mr. Earl Jones who went with me on my test drive. I found Mr. Jones to be very personable and helpful in my adjustment to driving an unfamiliar vehicle. There was no heavy sales tactics which I greatly appreciated. When we returned, Bruce had the quote for my trade-in ready. Mr. Jones and Bruce worked up a great deal and before I knew it I was in Byron's office to complete the financial paperwork. Byron was able to get me a terrific finance rate, explained everything thoroughly, and again, there was no heavy sales tactic. All three Koon's employees were extremely professional and showed that they understood that excellent customer service makes the difference to a consumer. Mr. Jones actually found items in my trade-in that I had not realized were there and for that I am extremely grateful. I returned to the dealership 3 days later to have a few pre-approved items completed on the vehicle and again Mr. Jones was as welcoming as before I bought a vehicle. Antonio Martin in the service department was quick, courteous, and very helpful. He was very willing to look into some of my concerns, i.e., I did not know when my new (used) vehicle had its last oil change so could he find out for me? I would, and already have, recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
