I was considering the possible purchase of a new vehicle and went through USAA's car buying service. My contact information was forwarded to 3 dealers, one of which was Koons Tysons Chevy/Buick/GMC. I was contacted by one of Koons' sales consultants named Sean O'Neil within 1-2 hours of receiving my confirmation e-mail from USAA and I made an appt. to come in on a Saturday morning. Mr. O'Neil was very professional and personable which helped to provide a relaxed yet focused buying experience. He was very patient and provided answers to all of my questions (some of which I knew but wanted to verify, nonetheless). I test drove 3 vehicles (the vehicle I purchased I test drove twice). I also traded in 2 vehicles as part of the transaction. Koons purchased the one vehicle I left at home "sight unseen". Such was the confidence they had that my vehicles were in pristine, low mileage condition. I've never experienced the confidence and faith Koons extended to me by any other car dealer, ever!
