The salesman knew the cars very, very well and worked very hard to get me the exact car I wanted. I am beyond impressed! I found out about Koons Auto through using USAA's Car Buying Service. When I arrived at the dealership for the test drive, he had the car detailed and ready to go. The whole process of settling on a price to getting the keys in my hand was much less painful than I thought it would be. The first Malibu I bought was a great car but later came to find out that it did not have the bluetooth system installed like Sean thought. Sean immediately corrected the situation by talking to his manager and was able to let me come in and switch out my Malibu with a Malibu that had the bluetooth system in it. What's great is that even after the dealership had my money for the first car, they still were adamant about making sure I was happy with my purchase, when they knew I was dissapointed about the bluetooth, they immediately found a way to make it up to me. This shows professionalism and that Koons actually cares about it's customers, even after they have the customers money. It's hard to find that in todays world so kudos to everyone on the staff at Koons, job well done. More

As soon as we got to the dealership Sean was great and very pragmatic about figuring out what would best meet our needs. The whole process was very easy and we didn't feel pressured or feel like we were being taken advantage of at all. We actually ended up leaving the dealership with TWO NEW CARS! I would certainly highly recommend going to talk to Sean if you want an easy and no pressure car buying experience. More

His persistence in following up on how we were doing with our search and willingness to fit his schedule to our for a tour and test drive paid off. Rubin Perez was my sales representative and extremely pleased with his prompt attention to my needs and outstanding knowledge of the vehicle. When I went to pick up my new car Rubin really spent time with me to help understand and setup the many knew features such as Bluetooth and XM radio. Highly recommend you lookup Rubin for his professionalisam and vehicle knowledge. More

Overall, the sales experience was excellent. As is often the case, undergoing the sales efforts of the financing department (we were not financing) was dreadful. I think it is fair to expect an agent to not PUSH various programs once the customer has politely said they wish not to have such services. The sales efforts of the financing department seemed unrelenting and dreadful after a long day. if customer service is first, this department got an "F". That being said, Mitch was terrific as was every other aspect of Koons and I would visit them again. More
