When I came into Koons sales dept. it wasn't under the best circumstances. I had just learned my truck was a loss and not worth what it would take to fix it. The only thing I realized in retrospect is that I ended up with a monthly payment a bit higher than I had hoped for because nothing was taken off the sales price. I suppose this was my fault as much as theirs. All in all it was a very good experience and I felt I had help with my problem. More

i hit something on I66, front bumper was pushed in and rubbing against tire. Made a really bad noise. I drove to Koons Service first thing this morning, without an appointment and the service folks sent m rubbing against tire. Made a really bad noise. Took most of the day to fix the problem, but i talked with them on the phone three times, and everything worked at the end of the day. Great service, fixed the problem, on time and on quote.
