I take back this whole review. I purchased another 2014 Impala from Tyler after I wrote this review. After numerous problems with all the employees I have dealt with at this dealership, I cannot recommend any business with this dealer. They take your money, and offer nothing else beyond that. When you have problems with their vehicles, they cannot service them, and blame you for all of your trouble. All business I gave to Koon's Tyson's was a mistake. Do not patronize this dealer! All they care about is getting your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
