up to 125% of Kelley Blue Book Fair Value for your trade!!! I came to this dealership to sell my jeep and absolutely felt insulted. They do NOT give you 125% of blue book value. Now mind you on their website, they have KBB on there so you can look up the value of your car. Which I did that and thought it was a good idea and went to the dealership to sell my car and buy something new. They appraised my vehicle and told me it was only worth $6000 and was going to give me $2000 more for a total of $8000. When I did the KBB on their website, the value of my vehicle wasn't even close to being $6000. Which if I sold it to them, they would have turned around and sold it for $14000. I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone going there and selling a vehicle or buying vehicle form them!!!!! More

From the very first internet response phone call Travis made to me, I had a very good feeling. He assured me he would work with me to gain my business. He stayed in close contact every step of the way bein made to me, I had a very good feeling. He assured me he would work with me to gain my business. He stayed in close contact every step of the way being as open and honest as he could. He was never pushy nor did he try to give me the "this deal is only good today" statement. This I really appreciated because I was open and honest about what I was looking for. With his diligence and perseverance we left the dealership with an suv and extremely happy. Our finance advisor,Ryan Thompson, was also appreciated. He took the time to make sure we understood everything that was put in front of us for signing. He answered all of our questions with a genuine smile and knowledge. Overall our experience at Koon's GMC Tysons Corner has definitely left an impression with us. I highly recommend this dealership for their customer service, honesty and ease to work with. Travis and Ryan are wonderful More
I have known brian murray since 2001 and have worked on a ton of deals with him as his employee when I sold cars for "fun". I have also had the pleasure of purchasing several ford vehicles from him and now ton of deals with him as his employee when I sold cars for "fun". I have also had the pleasure of purchasing several ford vehicles from him and now my second chevy from Koons Chevy. Brian is the Best!!! Currently owning my own company with over 33 trucks and a few personal cars I have sat accross from tons of new car managers, finance managers etc. and owning over 100 vehicles since 1986 and Im telling you that nobody goes the extra mile like Brian Murray does. With Lindsy Chevy in my backn yard and their salesman blowing up my phone trying to get my Tahoe sale once I saw the email from koons with Brian Murray as the gsm I was in and thats why I will drive 45 miles out of my way to make a Koons deal!!!! Take care Bill from Manassas More

Very poor customer service. This is our 1 and only car as a family of four. Twice we have brought it in only to chase up answers for simple recalls. If we had known we needed a service history to get a as a family of four. Twice we have brought it in only to chase up answers for simple recalls. If we had known we needed a service history to get a recall taken car of we would have done this before leaving our car for the day. Silly explanations are provided, such as "the people who make the booking for the day aren't mechanically inclined". To ask a customer if they had been serviced by Koons or elsewhere is not difficult and does not require being a mechanic. Furthermore, I feel like I'm leaving my car on a conveyor belt and that often it is left to sit or lost in the shuffle like mail lost in transit. The answers you get are so disconnected from the service that you feel like no one really knows what is going on and they are just feeding you the company line. Please guys, their are A LOT of recalls on my Chevy Equinox that you need to fix. So get it together. More
I came across Koons while price shopping some work for a friends GMC Denali. Being a mechanical Engineer, and owning two GM products (2010 Custom Camaro, 2008 Buick Enclave), I had some experience with deal friends GMC Denali. Being a mechanical Engineer, and owning two GM products (2010 Custom Camaro, 2008 Buick Enclave), I had some experience with dealers, however My Last two dealers (Criswell Chevrolet where I bought my Camaro, and Ourisman Chevrolet who worked on both) Ouresman Chevrolet (who had recently done work on both my cars) were on my “Do not fly list” due to poor service, inflated pricing, and failing to do what they promised. Mike Calman had provided much better pricing for a waterpump for my buddy’s Denali and my conversation with him made me feel he wanted to make a returning customer rather than a high margin like many of the others. So, I had this rear axle noise id been putting up with in the back of my Camaro for over a year. Criswell misdiagnosed it, charged me for a differential service (apparently not part of the factory 100k warrantee). When I showed them it did nothing to cure the problem, not only did they not refund the charge, but they made excuses saying it’s probably due to worn tires or worn brakes. (both of which were checked as good in the multipoint inspection they did during that visit). After some letter writing , they said they would try again, but would not make adjustments for the indirect work done. I swore never to go there again (and I’ve kept that promise). Enter Ourisman, they diagnosed the problem correctly and identified the service bulletin to fix it, but to install two $10 washers onto the axle shafts, it called for about $350 in labor. I decided after a positive conversation with Mr Calman I would test this ongoing problem with him and Koons. Well he had me bring it over, I had to commit to a diagnostic (would be part of any service fee I paid) but if he managed to get it covered by GM, all would be free. I got an email shortly after I dropped it off with a link to monitor the work status. That was a first, nice touch I thought. Anyway the next day he called me and said I have good news, we got GM to cover it, and it’s all fixed. Let us know when you will be at the Metro and our shuttle will pick you us and you can get your car. Boy was that easy. I’ve been putting up with that noise forever, and previous dealers just look at me like another opportunity. Thankyou Koons, you made a believer out of me. Patrick More
I was recommended by my Credit Union to visit this dealership. I called to make an appointment because my time was limited. After getting passed off to 3 different sales people and explaining what I wanted to each person. I was able to get a price on the new car and my trade in. It was MSRP and the trade was $4000 less the other dealerships. I asked to speak to a manager and asked him to give me his best price. I almost fell out of the chair when he said what I had was it. I got up, told him that price was a joke and they wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time!! A couple of days later I received a email from the General Manager. I called and had to leave a message about my experience and asked him to call me back. 2 weeks later I am still waiting.... How a dealership can stay in business with that kind of service is beyond me. I would give them a zero rating but that is now possible. More
I found a used car on Auto Trader that this dealership was selling and so I called in to inquire about the car. Dave Sawyer answered the phone and right away he was a jerk. He just has that sleezy car s was selling and so I called in to inquire about the car. Dave Sawyer answered the phone and right away he was a jerk. He just has that sleezy car salesman thing going. Normally I would have just ended it right there but the car they were selling was exactly what I had been searching for and the first one I found that was in good condition with the options I want. After a few calls back and forth, Dave and I agreed to a deal on the car. Since I live in California I told Dave that I needed a few days to get out to VA and he said to just send him a copy of my plane ticket and my drivers license and he would hold the car for 3 days. I offered him a credit card deposit, but he replied saying that it wasn't necessary and then he gave me the typical sleezeball line about how they're a reputable business and that we have a deal and not to worry. So about 3 hours after that conversation on a Saturday afternoon I bought the plane ticket, booked a hotel and sent Dave via email the airline ticket and my ID as agreed. He replied back to my email saying that we were all set and confirming that he would hold the car. Then the next morning a different person called me and left a message saying that he understood I was 'interested in the car' but that it had been sold that morning. I placed several calls to Dave and to anyone else I could get on the phone including a very rude person who identified himself as the sales manager with the last name Ghorbani. They all just had bad attitudes and didn't seem to care at all that I was out over $2000 in travel expenses that I can't recover. THESE GUYS ARE BAD NEWS - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. THESE GUYS ARE THE DEFINITION OF SLEEZY CAR SALESMEN. More
I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LTZ from Koons Tysons GM with everything, including Adaptive Cruise Control and 20" tires/wheels. I worked with sales consultant Tyler Harper. Overall, I'm extrem Tysons GM with everything, including Adaptive Cruise Control and 20" tires/wheels. I worked with sales consultant Tyler Harper. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience! Because of the fact I wanted a car with premium features that were not yet available from GM, I had to wait a while for my factory order. This was nobody's fault (except perhaps my fault for not wanting to wait)--Tyler was fantastic. He delivered my car to my home, which was definitely outstanding! The car is awesome, simply put. I also worked with General Sales Manager John Gribbins--he was very good in getting my order expedited. I would highly recommend this dealer and sales consultant Tyler Harper. They truly go the extra mile at Koons Tysons GM! More
