There were no tricks, no pressure and no STRESS WHAT SO EVER during the entire transaction. Earl Jones my sales representative along with the finance and management team were knowledgable, courteous and EXTREMELY professional as they listened to what I was trying to accomplish with my trade in and purchase of a new truck. I recently bought a new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, AWD, and the car is beautiful and rides great. The good thing is that not only do I love how it looks outside and in, and all the great features, but so does my wife and 3 kids; not easy making 5 people happy, but Arsalan and Jay made that happen! They were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, and truly 'listened' to me and my needs. There were some 'win-win' discussions, as I was only 4 months into a 3 year lease(with a different automaker- not this dealership, or Koons), but realizing the limited miles issue, my leasing option was not going to work. I felt Arsalan and Jay helped me and my Family achieve the goal of OWNING a great AWD SUV vehicle and at a price we could afford, while getting us out of the lease. In our discussions, you could tell they 'cared' about me and my Family situation, and worked with me. This started when I emailed the dealership one night, Jay responded immediately, the next morning he responded immediately to another email I sent. That impressed me, and I drove over to the dealership that next morning, where Arsalan greeted me outside, impressing me again, and introduced me to Jay. That is where this "Relationship" started. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying any vehicle to contact Arsalan and Jay to give them an opportunity, I know you will not be disappointed. More
