Good dealership....check them out Came to drive the Buick LaCrosse and Buick Regal. Met with a salesperson and went off to test the car. He went to great lengths to describe the LaCrosse down to the minutest detail. For someone who isn't a car novice, it wasn't what I needed. I asked a few questions, but really wanted to experience the car itself. I work in IT so I am very familiar with vehicle technology. I think that was overkill and really took away from me exploring the features of the car by myself. For the Regal, luckily features were about the same and he didn't find the same need to explain all of them. I still have one more car to test drive here, the Cascada and since its a convertible, I plan to return on a nice, spring day. If the salesmen tries to do the same explaining job, I plan to say something. If you are looking for Chevy/Buick/GMC, this is rated as one of the best dealerships in the region. I'd recommend giving it a try. More

I've paid Koons Tysons thousands in repairs, enough to purchase a whole new second car. And the service tech had the nerve to ask "why don't you just purchase a new car." More

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I've have worked with this dealership twice. I never should have given them a second chance! In 2014 I purchased a used GMC and was sold a complet I've have worked with this dealership twice. I never should have given them a second chance! In 2014 I purchased a used GMC and was sold a complete piece of junk! Every few months something significant was malfunctioning that needed immediate repair. In the two years I owned that car I put thousands of dollars into mechanical issues that were never disclosed and on a few items that NEVER should have been an issue on a two year old car!!! The last straw was when it stalled on me in the middle of a busy intersection. I researched vehicles and found one I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately it was located at this dealership. Reluctantly I went in to test drive it and got the standard run around with pricing, "let me check with my manager", etc. I told them I would be in the following day to pick up the vehicle, they told me they were "putting it on hold" for me and were getting it all washed up so it would be ready for me to pick up. When I called the next morning, they had sold the vehicle out from under me. Extremely disappointing and I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone in the future. If you want a great experience I suggest you visit the Joyce Koons GMC dealership in Manassas!! More
