I had my 2015 Yukon Denali towed in to GMC in Vienna. It started to sputter then just shut off. I paid $3200 to have the gaskets and rod replaced on the vehicle. I have complained about this four previous times as I have had to have the vehicle towed in several times before. I paid $84,000 for the vehicle in 2015 and I am walking today waiting on service center to return my call. The vehicle has not been repaired and I am currently out of $3200 with no response from the dealer. More

This dealership is DISHONEST. Advertised internet price is not the price they offered after we test drove the car. After the test drive and we sat down to buy the car we were told by the salesman and Manger that they could not give us the Advertised internet price and they were working on removing it, which is a lie. They tried to sell us the vehicle for $2500 over the advertised price and charge a $1200 destination fee to boot plus some sort of $700 protection plan. I am reporting this dealership to the FTC and will never buy a car from Koons again. More

I drove 4 hours to look at a pre-owned truck that I found on their website. The salesman, Kevin Martinez, was great. I was very surprised to see that a dent was fixed on the front bumper and painted before I got there, and their service center replaced all 4 rotors and brakes and did an oil change. I was so happy with my experience here, that 2 days later I drove another 4 hours back to Koons with my wife, and we financed her a brand new vehicle. I asked for Kevin, and he was outstanding. My wife didn't know exactly what she wanted, and ended up test driving 4 different vehicles. We spent a total of 7 hours there, and Kevin's patience was impressive. I highly recommend Koons, and I definitely recommend Kevin as a salesman. More
