I bought a 21 suburban with 400 miles on it. After beating around the bush for two weeks I had to reach back out to him just to get the answer that they are not going to do anything about it that it was already there and the price reflected it but not once did anybody there tell me that here was any damage to the vehicle prior to buying it I will never use this dealership ever again. Dropped vehicle off in the evening and Jimmy checked me in. Next morning at 7:15 am Carlos texted to let me know my vehicle was in the shop and they would provide status.
