Service manager Bill was very responsive and got the issue resolved quickly. I was informed of daily progress as parts needed arrived at dealership. From scheduling the appointment, to concierge pick-up to delivery back to my house the whole service event was effortless on my part. The service manager, Carlos, kept me updated on the status of the mainte delivery back to my house the whole service event was effortless on my part. Scam and Fraud Alert! ! Update: After peaking with customer service, the dealership has taken the stance of not doing anything. Even though we were given the wrong vehic ! Update: After peaking with customer service, the dealership has taken the stance of not doing anything. Even though we were given the wrong vehicle and have tried to work with the team to get this resolved they have refused to take the vehicle back, provide us with the correct vehicle, or even attempt to resolve the issue. I have contacted the GM and left him several messages in hopes of getting this resolved. The next step is to reach out to GM Corporate and the BBB. I would hope that the dealership would want to do the right thing and provide the vehicle asked for instead of scamming people into purchasing a car that they had no intention of ordering. In disbelief that there are still dealerships operating like this in 2022. WARNING!!!!! Make sure you are fully aware of the dynamics of this place before coming here. They will scam you and then gaslight you. The team from the Management level down is dishonest and will be annoyed when you try to get answers to your questions and issues. There are far too many other dealerships that you can choose from before you come and purchase or service a vehicle here. Would highly discourage you from coming here unless worst-case scenario. More
