I ended up at Koons Sterling Ford after an unfortunate experience with Koons Dodge Jeep Ram in Tysons, who had lost the secondary key to my Expedition the day that I purchased it. My service advisor, Endz experience with Koons Dodge Jeep Ram in Tysons, who had lost the secondary key to my Expedition the day that I purchased it. My service advisor, Endzo, ensured that I was taken care of even though the other dealership failed to provide the necessary paperwork for the programming of my key. My service appointment took about an hour (as expected) and during my wait I had the pleasure of speaking with another customer who has purchased all of her vehicles from Koons Sterling Ford since 1990! That alone gave me the reassurance that I was in good hands... Endzo, thank you enough for turning a very frustrating situation into a positive experience. I appreciate your amazing customer service. They really don’t care about their customers once they have sold them the cars. Meaning the after sale service sucks. I took my car for a recall service with an appointment and when I got there they to have sold them the cars. Meaning the after sale service sucks. I told them I have a reminder call from them telling me to bring the car on that date snd that time . They took the car and will call me when it done . They never did I called several times and they don’t answer. Just before closing time. My wife and I went there and the car been fixed long time ago. I got a text the next day telling me my car is ready for pick up. What a joke. More
I have a 2021 F150 XLT. The transmission is terrible. Constant clunking when shifting from 3rd to 4th and 5th to 4th. Koons tells me this is normal behavior.
