When we got down there… After sitting for three hours… They told us they could not finance because the car price was higher than the actual value of the car. They should’ve let us know this when we called not have us drive that far for nothing… Very disappointed in the service. More
If I could leave zero stars I would! I bought a used car from them last year and within a year it had engine problems leading to the car being inoperable. It was so difficult to get a hold of them during that whole process for an update. Upon picking up my car, I right away discovered DAMAGE. (I did a walk around video of my car before dropping it off showing no damage.) I immediately notified Koon’s Ford and was told this matter would be looked into. Joey notified me that the complaint was received and that they are looking into it. I got one other update saying that the manager (Geoff) was looking into it and now it has been over a month and no one is returning my emails or calls! Save yourself the time, money and headache and do not go here!! More
They waste your time. Lie to you and are not willing to work with you. After being lied to and wasted hours of time plus driving 1hr 20min their “used car manager” Alex le Lie to you and are not willing to work with you. After being lied to and wasted hours of time plus driving 1hr 20min their “used car manager” Alex let a sale walk for $500 and now is causing another blemish on their reviews. Alex did not car as he had the attitude I don’t you to buy the car cause I’ll sell it to someone else. Dealership looks nice decent selection but the people I dealt with are arrogant, not appreciative and just they seem to look down on you. Oh then they raised the price of the car the next day after telling me the price is locked in that price will not and cannot move. Right Alex right. More
I traded a vehicle and bought a new one. Mike Brownlee was awesome to deal with and the dealership was very helpful and professional. Mike understood what I wanted to do and helped me make it happen. He then followed up to make sure everything was OK and what I expected. I really like working with Mike. Professional with an eye on what I wanted the whole time. The financing office was smooth, knowledgeable, and very clear on all the transactions. A great experience. I'll be back. More
My service experience was less than good. First, they couldn’t get my car in for an oil change for a month, and even then it was in the middle of a work day. I was able to make it work but when I when I called to request the shuttle to pick my car up I was told it stopped running. The service advisor pretty much just left it at that with no solution. I have a new car and the service plan because I rely on this vehicle, the service department’s apathy to this is noted. The sales manager is the only reason I didn’t cash out of the extended warranty and service plan right then because he found a solution. A real kicker was seeing the shuttle driver from the day before at the dealer while I waited for my car to come around! When dropping the car off I noted to that service advisor that it would need rear brake pads because there was a chunk missing on the L side outer pad, I saw this when I swapped off my winter wheels and cleaned everything to stop the squealing. When reviewing my record of work performed this was not done. I bought the premium service plan for convenience and value, my recent experience provided neither. I think I’ll try another dealer next time. More
