I was shopping for a used Ford Fusion in November 2010. I was already approved for the car loan through my credit union. I found a Fusion that looked perfect for me at Koons Ford in Sterling. It had ever I was already approved for the car loan through my credit union. I found a Fusion that looked perfect for me at Koons Ford in Sterling. It had everything I wanted and more and the price was within my budget. I wanted my mechanic to look at it before I bought it and Sterling Ford allowed me to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. The car was in pretty good condition but had a few things that needed to be fixed (mostly minor stuff - two tires, brake pads would need to be replaced soon, etc.) The car did appear to have been in an accident even though there was no record of an accident on the carfax report. The inspection cost ME about $80. I took the car back to the dealership and told the salesman I was interested in buying it but either needed some of the stuff to be fixed OR have some money taken off the purchase price and I would get the repairs done myself. He said he had to check with the used car manager who had already left for the day, but he made a copy paper the garage gave me listing what needed to be done and said he would get back to me. I waited two days without hearing from him and on the third day I called him. That's when I found out that an employee of the dealership bought the car I had already spent money on!!! The salesman said he didn't think I was serious about buying the car. Really?! I had a loan approved AND spent money to have that exact car inspected and he didn't think I was serious?!! I imagine the co-worker who bought it was a friend of his. And I imagine the employee probably helped himself to the copy of list of needed repairs I had paid for. I was so pissed! I called to talk to the general manager of the dealership (I think his name was Steve Brown) but was only given his voicemail. I left a message describing what had happened, asked to be reimbursed for the inspection, and asked that he call me back. I received no call and a couple days later called him again, was given his voicemail again, and left a second message saying mostly the same stuff and again asking that he call me back. Seven months later I still haven't received a call. Worst customer service EVER!!! I will never shop at ANY Koons dealership again!!! I ended up buying a car from the Ford dealer in Leesburg and that was a very pleasant experience. The Ford in Leesburg has excellent customer service and actually appreciates your business. More

This has been the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I had to buy 3 used cars in the past year and Koons in Sterling provided the best overall service. Most important, Brad the used ca car dealership. I had to buy 3 used cars in the past year and Koons in Sterling provided the best overall service. Most important, Brad the used car sales person, understood my needs and didn't bargain around like some dealers do. So that you thinks you're on a camel marked in the orient. He matched my price and when I picked up the car the gas tank was filled up, the paint detailed, oil changes and inspections were done. I'll check this dealer out for my next car purchase for sure. I highly recommend it. More
Was looking to purchase a new Ford Escape Hybrid, which is a difficult vehicle to come by these days. I live and work in North Carolina, but my family lives in Northern Virginia. So after looking on the is a difficult vehicle to come by these days. I live and work in North Carolina, but my family lives in Northern Virginia. So after looking on the internet, I found Koons Ford had these hybrids in stock. My sister and father went there to look at the Escape Hybrid and there they met a very nice salesman named Eman Keshani. He spent a lot of time with my family and told them whatever they wanted to know about the vehicle. So the following week when I went up, my sister recommended I visit Koons Ford and work specifically with Eman. So I went up there with her and met Eman. Eman is friendly, very considerate, and ethical. Even when there were other buyers wanting to buy the Escape Hybrid from him, Eman kept his appointment with me so I could at least look at it. That meant a lot to me. (another Ford dealership in North Carolina sold their Hybrid before I got there for my appointment, even though I told them I was a serious buyer!) During the actual process of negotiating the price I found Eman to be very professional. He took a lot of time to explain to me why the vehicle was priced the way it was, how much I should expect for my trade in, and so forth. Eman made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. So I ended up buying the car. After I met with financing and signed the papers, Eman then took the time to set up the Sync system with my phone showed me how the whole system worked. I would definitely recommend Koons Ford in Sterling and especially working with Eman Keshani. He is intelligent, professional, and courteous. More
Out of all the dealerships in Northern Virginia, Sterling Ford exceeded all expectations!! After completing all my research online and submitting my request for more information, a Ford dealership in Chanti Ford exceeded all expectations!! After completing all my research online and submitting my request for more information, a Ford dealership in Chantilly contacted me. I obviously got all my information from them and then shopped around from Tysons to Manassas even Marshall Virginia before I contacted Sterling Ford. Of ALL the online quotes I received, Brian D'Amico of Sterling Ford crushed the competition. There was never any pressure from him to 'come out and see what we have' or any gimmicks to get me into the dealership. He simply said he would back up his quote. I went to Sterling Ford and worked with John Chinn of his sales staff and had a wonderful expereience. John never put any pressure on me. He didn't allowed my wife and I to view the vehicle and wasn't annoying with all the 'busy chatter' you generally receive from sales people. He simply let us do our thing and provided simple straight forward answers to our questions. I had a couple requests that Brian D'Amico jumped through hoops to get accomplished. (If I was a salesman, I would not have worked with me) Brian always went a step further or did more then I requested and I couldn't be happier. I finally sat down with Adrian Tiaga of finance and thought (ok here it is, ,he is going to pressure me into all those stupid 'add on' packages that I don't want) AGAIN, there was NO pressure. He gave me unbelieveable prices (which through my research I knew were less then the competition). Everything was done in an efficient straight forward manner. He Approved me for 0% and got amazing financing that fit my tight budget. If I had to do this all again, I would go straight to Sterling Ford where everybody was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my truck buying process an amazing experience!! Thanks Sterling Ford! More
After seeing one of those ads in the paper stating that cars were avialable for $25.00 a month I decided to check out the dealership. After walking the used car lot I saw a Neon that I liked but it had no cars were avialable for $25.00 a month I decided to check out the dealership. After walking the used car lot I saw a Neon that I liked but it had no price. During financing I was asked how much I could afford as a monthly payment. They gave me an interest rate was about 25%, which I soon refinanced elsewhere to 9%. I really felt suckered but now I know what to look for. More
Worked out a deal on internet for a out the door price. Asked for the 0% financing and was told I could have it. Went to buy the vehicle and nobody knows where it is. It is missing. Then they want to sell Asked for the 0% financing and was told I could have it. Went to buy the vehicle and nobody knows where it is. It is missing. Then they want to sell me another vehicle with different financing because the salesman can't authorize that deal. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. More
