Well, it was short lived. To “get the sale”, and therefore commission, Hamza claimed he/the dealer would give great service, etc. I asked him a question via text about my new vehicle and it went unheeded. He noted to me earlier to ask him anything at anytime. As most every salesman, once the sale is made & their pockets are a little fatter, they don’t want to help you. Sadly, his words are hollow.
