"Awesome Sales Experience" I live in AZ and looking for a F350 truck. I found a few in the area but was also looking out of state. I came across one listed at Koons Sterling For I live in AZ and looking for a F350 truck. I found a few in the area but was also looking out of state. I came across one listed at Koons Sterling Ford that looked really nice so I called to get some more info on it. I spoke to Syed Hussian and I have to say coming from a guy that has been in sales for about 25yrs now Syed was by far one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We spent a few days ironing out the deal but every time I reached out to him he responded almost immediately. I was very pleased.. I traveled from AZ to Virginia to get this truck because of Syed and the deal he was able to make me on it. I was not disappointed when I arrived. Syed had a cab pick me up at the airport and when I arrived at the dealership there were no surprises everything was taken care of and everything went absolutely smooth. Finding the right car for an indecisive pregnant wife! I went to trade in my 2013 Ford Focus. Our family will soon be growing to 3 and a car carrier just wouldn't fit. Long story short, on an extremely hot day, our sales rep Greg Williams, happily carried the infant carrier all over the lot and must have put the car seat in at least 5 different vehicles to see how it fit. While waiting for finance, Greg even went next door and got us sweet tea since that was all my wife wanted. He as usual went well above and beyond to help us with the right purchase. Anthony in finance was also fantastic. He had no problem staying almost 2 hours after close to make sure we didn't have to make a second trip. More
