I was nervous about taking the Escape out for a test drive as I was not used to driving in this area yet, and I've never had an SUV before, but Jason had me laughing throughout the whole test drive. In fact he had us laughing throughout the entire process of leasing the Escape. He was very knowledgeable about the Escape and life in Virginia in general. This was also the first time I've ever purchased a car before and he made it a breeze. I'd go back to Koons Sterling Ford and work with Jason a million times over! More

2015 Ford F150 XLT Jason was extremely helpful with the selection of the options that I wanted with a 2015 F150, finding a truck that has all of the options and providin Jason was extremely helpful with the selection of the options that I wanted with a 2015 F150, finding a truck that has all of the options and providing pricing to me. His communication via email and cellphone was outstanding, including some calls on his scheduled day off. The price of the truck was more competitive than other dealers which completed the outstanding experience at Koons Sterling Ford. Financial discussions were quick and to the point with several options presented. Delivery of the truck was on time and exactly as ordered and promised. Best in the Business! Hands Down! Steve Arnold our sales person is without a doubt the best in the business! If you need a car, but it from him! He made out experience special by going Steve Arnold our sales person is without a doubt the best in the business! If you need a car, but it from him! He made out experience special by going ABOVE & BEYOND in his job to surprise our daughter with her 16th birthday present. He hid the car, put big red bows on it, put it behind a curtain, then pulled the curtain back to surprise her with the new car! He face was priceless and something we would not of been able to experience with the help of Steve! Then when we finished with Steve we went to Finance and Ricky was just a great as Steve was in helping us get what we needed/wanted, for the price we wanted! Bad experience If I could give them no stars I would initially they put the charm on but then they turn out to be like every other dealer all about the money. I had called late one evening and Justin said he would call me back that evening or let me know the next day even though he was off. Those two times come and go I hear nothing. I finally hear something in the afternoon on the 3rd day saying he left everything at work and was so busy with in the showroom customers he couldn’t call me back. We talk that day a few times and I tell him now this all depends on if my trade is in a good value OK no worries. He said he would call me again the next day with the value of my trade in. That night he had sent me a vehicle appraisal and credit application so I could have it for him in the next morning. I send him a message I will not do credit check until we know the value since there would be no since in doing it if it isn’t worth it. Never calls I call 5 hours later call and ask for a sales manager (Brian) to see if the vehicle value has been done nope hasn't been done but I will get an appraiser on it immediately and call you back in 5 mins. Time comes and goes so my wife calls after about an hour the manager isn't available but I will give him the message and he will call you back in 5 minutes. Brian calls my wife 7 minutes later he asks for the stock number and he will get her an out the door cost. What he doesn't understand is we had one and he wants to now sell it to us for more than Justin told me. He tells my wife he will go with what Justin told us it would cost out the door. She tells him what we owe and they tell her what they value it at which is a thousand less than what the local Ford dealer told me it was worth. They tell you will pay 120% of value but the 20% extra is capped at 2,000 which doesn't pay it off the vehicle which Justin knew about. Needless to say we didn't buy and I reported them to Ford Customer Service due to their ethics. More

Best Dealer In the Area! I didn't walk into Koon's to buy a new car but I was sure treated as if I was. The staff here went above and beyond what was outlined in a recently expired warranty to do the right thing on a defective part. Steve Arnold spearheaded this process for me and made it quick and effortless on my end. Steve is also a great guy to deal with when it comes to purchasing vehicles (he's helped out many people I know), he really cares about his customers and strives to do his best for you. Everyone I know has walked away feeling great about their purchase, I will be going to Steve for my next Ford! More

The way buying a car should be!!!!!!! No pressure card buying. Found a car that still needed to be delivered to the dealer. Sent an email, got information and responses to questions I ha No pressure card buying. Found a car that still needed to be delivered to the dealer. Sent an email, got information and responses to questions I had to make a decision. I was kept abreast of the location of the car while in transit. Once delivered, I was able to pick up the car almost immediately (took about 2 hours to process all of the paperwork associated with the purchase). The sales representative I worked with was Stephen Arnold. I can’t recommend this guy enough and highly encourage you to seek him out if you plan to purchase from Koons. If this means traveling to Sterling from any of its other locations, I would recommend you make the drive. More
