One of the best things is that everything is very fast and efficient and at no time did we ever feel like we were being strung along or BS'd. Everyone knows how long it can take to go buy a car, but from walking in the door to being walked out by Steve and handed the keys, we were there a total of about three hours. I was simply amazed! We had our children with us, one of whom is only 16 months old, so being that fast and efficient is a huge plus. I just can't say enough good things. Steve is one of the nicest guys we've ever met, not just the nicest salesman. He has forever earned our business no matter who he works for!! Thanks Steve!! And thanks Koons!! Stay smart and never let this guy go!! Give him a raise AND a bonus!! The same goes for Mike in Finance! Great is the only words I can say. So it all started late Monday evening when Steve and I began talking about coming to the dealership to look at some cars . I can say Steve is a one of a kind salesman, he was very honest with and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything.
