Great Sales people. Not yet worked with the service Dep Jason Robles was the sales person I worked with, and I must say, that he made the experience there as best as possible. Respectful guy, very attentive Jason Robles was the sales person I worked with, and I must say, that he made the experience there as best as possible. If you want to be treated Poorly, this is the place I was in the process of buying a vechile from Sterling and an associate named Mark. Mark was very firm on the price, but, treat my family and I with r I was in the process of buying a vechile from Sterling and an associate named Mark. Mark was very firm on the price, but, treat my family and I with respect. When I asked another associate (Danny) a question (regarding the layout of the building), he yelled at me, in front of my son, in the most inappropriate way. I told my husband to cancel the sale and asked to speak with his boss. I was extremely disappointed, with his boss, Tom's attitude. Overall, very disappointing experience. Fine with the car and the price, but one employee was very rude and others didn't care. More
