Recently, I had to have it serviced for engine issues and needless to say the entire staff at "Koons Sterling Ford" far exceeded my expectations. Bottom line: I would highly recommend these guys without hesitation to anyone and everyone thinking of purchasing (and/or) servicing a vehicle. The entire staff at "Koons Sterling Ford" are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and experienced at providing excellent customer service and I couldn't be more satisfied! Sales Representative: Brad Phillips - Best sales experience ever! Brad was straightforward, courteous and didn't play any games during the negotiating process. Parts Manager: Ken Krohn - Extremely knowledgeable! Ken go's the extra mile for his customers and he makes the process quick and painless. Service Advisor: Joey Stickman - A true professional and he's extremely accommodating! Joey is proactive when it comes to getting the work done correctly and on time. so far so good I was shopping for Ford in VA/MD because our local dealers from Western PA for whatever reason are not able to provide comparable discounts off sticke I was shopping for Ford in VA/MD because our local dealers from Western PA for whatever reason are not able to provide comparable discounts off sticker prices in addition to nationwide discounts that Ford itself has everywhere (not sure what is the reason for that - the same goes for VW cars by the way, but not for Subarus or Mazdas it seems). I contacted a number of dealers asking for quotes, etc the day after Thxgiving (on Friday) - Jason Robles though was the only one who was able to complete the full cycle of communications/answer my questions/etc __within one day__ (on Friday itself)- the rest were either too busy or too slow or too lazy or whatever __and__ Koons were giving a decent (vs others) knockoff from the sticker price (plus they have a very good selections of models, 2017 Escape SE 4WD 2.0L EcoBoost, including the one I was OK to buy color-wise)... so I drove on Saturday (the next day) and got the car there... the only thing pending is (as I am from Western PA and never purchased out of state) is to get PA title/registration/plates - will see how that last thing goes within next ~30 days or so ... GREAT Customer Service, Great Dealership Had problems with my truck that I have only owned for 10 days. Called the dealership in McLean where I bought the truck from, no Luck with that along Had problems with my truck that I have only owned for 10 days. Called the dealership in McLean where I bought the truck from, no Luck with that along with HORRIBLE customer service. Ended up bringing it to Koons Sterling Ford (Same dealership, different location). As soon as I walked it they took everything out of my hands and took control of the situation with the other dealership. Andre and Fredy were great help, set me up with a loaner car, and the turnaround time to fix was great. Very happy with the overall experience from Koons Sterling Ford. Will purchase my next car from this location. More

excellent service by Andre Epps and service department I bought a new ford escape early this year. It had a problem with the windshield. Streaking, not always visible, ruined the driving experience and tempted me to buy a new windshield or new car. Andre Epps examined the windshield and showed it to his technicians. The problem was so hard to see under the conditions at ford that they could not polish it or buff it out. Ford could not replace it under warranty because it was hard to see. Mr. Epps examined it again and communicated repeatedly with Ford. After numerous emails he was able to get me a new windshield under warranty. His effort and the performance of the service department made me want to be a customer for life. This is my second Ford from Sterling. My family has bought Fords since the 1950s.
