The whole team (Jason, Danny and Anthony) were such a pleasure to work with. Jason answered all my questions and was the perfect salesman. He was the perfect intermediary w/ management (Danny) and together they were willing to work w/ me on getting a 'fair' deal on an in demand vehicle. I never once felt pressure or obligated to purchase the vehicle...even after they accommodated me w/ a unique ask/request (thank you Danny!). One of the best vehicle (cars/motorcycles) purchasing experiences that I have ever had. Appreciate you guys making this a wonderful experience...even my wife, who has had to go through a few of these experiences in the past and absolutely hates the car buying process, felt these individuals were good people and said, they have 'good energy'...and she got vacation advice from Anthony, who was very professional and caring, which even made the 'financial' experience wonderful. Awesome Service-- until you question the numbers So, in September, I went to Koons Ford in Sterling while I was shopping for a car. It would be the first of what would turn out to be five months of c So, in September, I went to Koons Ford in Sterling while I was shopping for a car. It would be the first of what would turn out to be five months of car searching. I wanted to get a Ford Focus and so I compared shopped between Ford Dealerships. Koons was one of the ones I shopped at. I worked with Steve Arnold and while he was pleasent in helping me search for a car and test driving a car (hints why I gave him an average rating and not a poor one) When it came to talking numbers he became quite annoyed and wasn't pleasent and neither was his sales manager. I never got clear understanding of the numbers they put down on paper and he seemed to get annoyed when I questioned why the math didn't seem to add up. I The finance manager, Danny , I will say, was awesome and was the only excellent part of that experience but when Steve finally realized I was not going to get a car, he personally escorted me out the building like I was some common criminal-- had the sales manager given me another sales rep, I would have left that night with a new Focus but the Ford dealership falls in line with Koons Toyota and Chevy dealerships in Tysons where if you won't buy now and you question, you will get sales reps who give you total attitude. More

I went to him and told him everything i was looking if for my new purchase so he said let me see what i can find you, and then came back and showed me this beautiful 2014 Ford Escape which had everything i was looking for! I love the car so far, it drives beautifully and everything about it is great. I probably would of never looked at the Escape if it wasn't for Mr. Arnold.
