Met with Steve Arnold to finish the agreed upon deal for a 2017 Musta Went to Koons Ford in Sterling after conversing with Alejandro and Danny online. Met with Steve Arnold to finish the agreed upon deal for a 2017 Mustang GT with Performance Package. The guys were very straight forward, they also got the price point to exactly where it needed to be for me. I ended up getting an extended warranty and maintenance package with the saving I got from Koons that would have been a total loss if I had gone to another dealer. Happy doesn't describe how I feel about the entire process, the car is a BEAST, and I am in love. Special Thanks to the sales team at Koons Sterling Ford this is my first new car ever and I'm glad I bought it from Koons. More

Ricky was our sa Two years ago my spouse and I picked out a Fusion online and headed to Koons Ford in Sterling to check it out and complete paperwork. Ricky was our sales person. As he was showing us the car we remarked on the color to which he responded "It's good. Cars are like women in dresses - some just look better in certain colors." We thought this was odd but proceeded with starting paperwork. As we were waiting for financing to clear, Ricky chatted us up noting that my spouse had formerly leased. "Me too," Ricky said, "Women and cars - when they reach 30 I get rid of them." I was absolutely stunned. I stared at him. My husband and I looked at each other shocked. I was so agitated I don't know what was said immediately after that. I asked curtly "Am I needed for financing any longer?" and upon hearing I wasn't I turned to my SO and said "I'm leaving before I say something I regret." We're sitting across the desk from good old boy Ricky when all of this happens. I'm visibly agitated. After I leave, he asks my husband, "did I say something wrong?" to which he replies "Yes." I drove home furious and in tears at the degree of disrespect and insult, angered that Ricky was so clueless he actually thought objectifying and disrespecting a women to her face was acceptable - and even entertaining! And disgusted that we ultimately purchased a car from this dealer because, well, this is just how guys talk, right? The car was $2k less than every other dealer but to this day if we had to do it over we would pay the difference and go elsewhere. I responded to the follow up e-mail from the sales manager and never heard back. We still get regular mailings from Ricky Piland with coupons and promotions. I can only assume it's business as usual for him. I recently called again because the experience still burns, but the manager on duty never returned my message. The truck was delivered, but I was told the dealership had lost the second key (which can run $300+) and that Koons would send me another immediately. That was March 31st. It's now May 2nd, and I still have no key despite asking repeatedly for it. I should have held back the money until I had it, but I was stupid and trusted them. Good luck - if you're buying make sure you don't pay until you are fully satisfied or they will forget you. Original Review: I had looked at many dealerships in my area for a 2017 F-250 Platinum, and not only were they very hard to find but the dealers gave me a variety of "deals" that ranged from $72k to $84k, and frequently for trucks with options or colors I didn't really want. On a Monday I called Steve and although they didn't have one on the lot, in less than 60 minutes he had found the exact truck I wanted down to the very last detail, and gave me the Koons "Wow" price of a little over $69k. Although I am out of town we had the deal done and the truck was in my driveway by Saturday morning (Joe Price delivered it - very nice and professional also). It was perfect, my wife and I love it, and the experience couldn't have been better. I buy a new truck every year or two, and Steve and Koons are my "go-to" dealer from now on. They worked hard to earn my business and now they've got it. -Andy More

Koons Sterling Ford Collision Incompetent Amateurs Don't waste your money at this incompetent business! They kept my car for a month and a half and still didn't get the color correct. My family has h Don't waste your money at this incompetent business! They kept my car for a month and a half and still didn't get the color correct. My family has had repairs done at Koons Sterling Ford Collision Center 3 times and they had done fantastic work but in February 2017 I dropped my 2006 4runner off for paint repairs. They had painted this car 2 other times and matched the color perfectly. The color was a burgundy. But this time they originally painted the car an orange red metallic - there was never any metallic in the car. The manager, Zorm, tried to tell me the car was originally that color and that it had faded with age. I am the original owner - it never had metallic. He agreed to repaint the car and told me that he called the paint manufacturer in the match the color - the color is closer but it is still metallic. One side of the car is a burgundy metallic, rear bumper is burgundy metallic and the rear hatch back door is burgundy no metallic. Its like that all over the car part is metallic with sparkles and part isn't. They painted the door but didn't paint the handles - so they stick out like a sore thumb. Also the side mirrors were damaged while they were there but they are not admitting to. The manager has never came out and talked to me directly - he has his subordinates come out and the last time I picked it up he told me not to come in until 5pm but he wasn't there and the sun wasn't out - it is most noticeable in the sun. I had previously had good luck with this body shop and didn't check the reviews - which I regret - Don't take your car here for any repair - you will regret it! This is no way to treat a customer. My family has purchased 2 4runners and a camry from Koons - this may be a dfferent dealership but its still koons and this is bad business and no way to treat a customer especially a customer with a 20 year relationship!
