Set expectations for timing, provided progress updates, and proactively investigated for recall or other needed repairs. Could not have gone any smoother and will definitely drive past the other Ford dealership in Leesburg (the one that wanted to charge me $128 to replace my swollen lug nuts) to get my truck serviced here. Very professional all around, but John and his team (Karla and Kourtni) were great to work with. More

I purchased an F150 from this dealership and they were terrific. Very helpful in making sure I selected the correct vehicle for me. The finance department made everything a breeze and Anthony was outstan terrific. Very helpful in making sure I selected the correct vehicle for me. Have returned many times for the routine maintenance and their service department was very competent, now that I’m out of state really miss how great those guys were in doing things the right way, including leaving my truck nice and clean. Great Used Car Sales Experience I’ve purchased over 10 vehicles in my life and in my experience the best sales person I’ve worked with is Syed Hussain from Koons Sterling Ford. His r I’ve purchased over 10 vehicles in my life and in my experience the best sales person I’ve worked with is Syed Hussain from Koons Sterling Ford. His responsiveness and patience through-out the car buying experience is beyond exceptional. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he responded immediately to ease my concerns and I never felt any pressure to buy. In my search for an F150 I had been to 4 dealerships to see vehicles and all had been sold by the time I got to the dealership including a vehicle on Syed’s lot that I fell in love with. He assured me he would keep an eye out for me and is the only salesperson that took the initiative and sent me updates on vehicles that were arriving. He sent me information on one vehicle that had just arrived, and I instantly fell in love with it. I’m happy to say that I’m now the proud owner of that vehicle. I joke that Syed never sleeps and most likely lives at the dealership. He is always responsive and always at work which is a great feeling for me as the buyer. He is plugged into the auto world and knows a lot about how to get things done. I call him a mover and a shaker. I can tell he understands that car sales is a people and relationship business and that is why I would highly recommend him to anyone and feel he has the experience and customer skills to always succeed in his position. Worst Service Experience Ever. Prepare to be ripped off. This dealership takes the FORD name and kicks it to the dirt. I had an electrical issue with my F150. The dealership was to replace 4 connectors on This dealership takes the FORD name and kicks it to the dirt. I had an electrical issue with my F150. The dealership was to replace 4 connectors on the wire harness. They replaced 3 connectors around and left the forth hanging from the fuse box. They used a couple rolls of electrical tape to wrap the wires which made it look like a 6th grader was hired by the dealer to complete the work. To top it off they charged me for 4 connectors while they only replaced 3. I pointed this out to Joey. He agreed the service provided was poor craftsmanship and incorrect. He asked for me to drop my truck off again to correct the repair, remove the electrical tape, heat shrink the wires, and install the forth connector. I dropped my truck off again for 10 days. The electrical tape was removed but the 4th connector was not replaced. They said they broke the 4th connector during installation and had to order another one. A week later Joey said the wrong part arrived and that they would need to reorder it again. I asked Joey to refund me for the forth pigtail that they never installed to my credit card. He said he would. After 2 weeks I never received the refund. After 60 days I never received a refund. The refund never happened and they still don't have the correct part to properly fix my truck properly. What a joke dealing with this dealership. If you want to have your F150 hacked up at a dealership then Koons Sterling Ford is for you. This is the worst representation FORD could have. After months of trying to get my truck fixed I have relized that this Koons Sterling Ford's ethical standards are well below an acceptable level. They have lost my business. My business will go to a dealer that cares about the trucks they work on and the customers that buy their vehicles from them. More
