Usually have great experience with the service department, but not this time. Abeer Beg gave me an estimate for $195, but total cost came in at $1250 without any advanced notice! Wearing masks, temperature checks and continuous cleaning was very evident. We were able to take the vehicle overnight to our mechanic 20 miles away. There were a few scratches on the bumper and doors which the Manager agreed to take out and even gave us a rental car while it was done. I highly recommend Samir and this team to future buyers. More
