Wearing masks, temperature checks and continuous cleaning was very evident. We were able to take the vehicle overnight to our mechanic 20 miles away. First time at this dealership and we are Dropping our 2018 Ford F-150 Platinum and 2012 Ford Mustang off for warranty/ recall customer centric team. Michael and Amir in service worked as a team and took care of us right away even though they were very busy. Michael stepped up to take us even though the account was assigned to someone else. Amir texted us to ensure all questions were answered so we could fix everything we came in for. While waiting we looked at 2020 GT Mustang convertibles with Yannick Ernsting who was extremely knowledgeable about each facet of the vehicles. We will be back Saturday to design and possibly purchase one, but will definitely continue to come to this specific location! More
