I was an easy customer yet the salesman I contacted passed me off to an inexperienced sales representative because I wasn’t worth his time. When I picked up my truck it hadn’t been taken out of “trans passed me off to an inexperienced sales representative because I wasn’t worth his time. When I picked up my truck it hadn’t been taken out of “transfer mode”. Many features did not work and the inexperienced sales person ignored my complaint, incorrectly indicating those features “just didn’t come with the vehicle I purchased”. More
