No they dont have to run your credit if you have been approved by the bank. Car salesman Jason Robles was rude. Michael Palmer used words to manipulate me to sign papers for a credit check after I had agreed to say no. Even though I was approved by the bank. The dealership cannot beat the banks rate. Sent a letter to the manager Steve after a few days about my concerns, he did not offer a single apology. After 10 days, went to go pick up my car they did not have the hospitality to say thank you for the purchase nor greet me when I came to pick up the car. I done with KOONS. More

Had all my engine seals replaced Feb 2021 for $2,800. I relocated and 6 months later, leaks everywhere. We communicated with them via phone, text, and email. The salesman, Chuck Morris and everyone we talked with was friendly and professional. They offered us a great deal. Needless to say, we flew to Virginia, picked up the car and had an awesome road trip back home in our new car. It was a great overall experience because of Koons Sterling Ford.
