Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opene really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. Great job, Erkan! Strongly recommend the dealership! More
Went in to get a new Mustang GT in black and they did not have one so they brought one from Manassas and the paint was a mess and I was promised by the salesman that they would detail the car as there were s have one so they brought one from Manassas and the paint was a mess and I was promised by the salesman that they would detail the car as there were some massive scratches on the roof and it looked like somebody washed the car with dirt as the clearcoat had swirl marks and scratches everywhere. Steve, the service manager also promised that he would detail the car as it had more chunks taken out of the paint on the driver side, front fender during installation of the supercharger.. Now they want to charge me to detail the car, unacceptable. Since I have been in this area, I have bought more than 50 vehicles for work and personal use since 1988 from Ford and I am appalled at the treatment that I have received from this location Not to mention the debacle that occurred when I purchased aftermarket rims and told them to put one of them on the car to make sure they fit and they removed all four wheels and mounted all four new tires on the new rims and then tried to put them on the car And brought me back to show me that all four wheels would not fit, if one doesn’t fit why would I need to see the other three and then they charged me 700+ dollars for the labor and I spent five hours sitting in there when this all could’ve taken 30 or 40 minutes with one wheel, there’s only been one person in parts that has done anything positive for me, very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere, More
