This Dealership is the worst dealership ever! Sold me an accident car. Lied that it was minor but it really took a good hit. Sold the car with a broken headlight, tpms was out, fake painting job! Worst service ever. There has been 2 times now that I’ve left after a service and could’ve wrecked because my tires were put on incorrectly. The first time they cut my rotors wrong, went back and one of the sales guys gave me $20 for the “inconvenience”; and this recent time, they DIDNT TIGHTEN MY LUG NUTS on the drivers side tire. I thought it was my wheel bearing - that’s how’s bad it was. This is unacceptable. I have children and drive over an hour to get serviced there and will NEVER return. More

I brought a car in January of this year and 34 days later, I had problems with the transmission. I did not buy the extended warranty as I planned to purchase a warranty plan with a privately owned mechanic shop. When I brought the car into my shop, thinking it was something minor, it was not. He immediately instructed me to go back to Koons and speak with them because the car should not be doing that if it was a 2018 car. Unfortunately, after several attempts, the sales manager told me “it is nothing they could do.”Please note: I haven’t even paid my first car note. I came back twice to speak with management to see how they are able to help me; again, I was turned away. Two months later, I have a new problem and they still will not help me. Again, I am so disappointed as I thought this car was a great deal! How I was wrong. More
