First, let me say that my sales person Logan was good to deal with, and Brenna my online contact also was helpful. Now, for the reason for my poor review. Upon getting home and reviewing my bill of sale, I noticed that I was charged 13.5% sales tax. I called and pointed this out, they agreed that it was an error and then the run around began. They were going to "mail me a check Monday", then "it was with accounting" then with their "Refunds Manager". It's been several weeks and they still owe me a refund of more than $1,500! I pointed this out to the Manager in response to his "how did we do" email - no response. I have also emailed the President - James O'Connell - and reached out via LinkedIn - no response. Next step, Virginia Secretary of State. If you buy here - make sure you check the math before you leave to make sure there aren't any "errors" or it could end up costing you a lot of money and frustration More

My wife and I both wasted hours dealing with various employees, were lied to, had emails and texts ignored, were texted fraudulent invoices with no explanation of work performed, and treated like lunatics for simply wanting our car repaired on the day and price agreed to. AND THE AIR CONDITIONING STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. More
