Upon getting home and reviewing my bill of sale, I noticed that I was charged 13.5% sales tax. I called and pointed this out, they agreed that it was an error and then the run around began. They were going to "mail me a check Monday", then "it was with accounting" then with their "Refunds Manager". It's been several weeks and they still owe me a refund of more than $1,500! I pointed this out to the Manager in response to his "how did we do" email - no response. I have also emailed the President - James O'Connell - and reached out via LinkedIn - no response. Next step, Virginia Secretary of State. If you buy here - make sure you check the math before you leave to make sure there aren't any "errors" or it could end up costing you a lot of money and frustration More
