My name is Samuel Cole and i am a resident of Spring Valley, NY a suburb 40 miles north of New York City. I was in the market for a specific vehicle a 2008 Chevy Uplander which i could use for work. After endless searches on the internet i came upon Koons Kia which had a 2008 Silver Uplander with 70,000 miles at a price that was hard to believe considering what they were going for up here. I was already pre approved through my bank so i made a call to the dealer and spoke to Jennifer Bryce a saleslady who emailed me over 50 detailed pictures of the vehicle along with the service history and cerfax of vehicle. Even though i was 6 hours away, i decided this was the vehicle i wanted and Jennifer arranged and PAID for an Amtrak Train Ticket for me to come down to Woodbridge, Virginia from New York to pick the van up on July, 4th 2011. Koons Kia sent a very nice young man to pick me up from the train station (i forgot his name)and when i got to the dealership i was greeted by a super friendly staff including Alan the manager, Kim Burke the finance manager, and Jennifer Bryce who couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. It was a flawless process which took less then an hour and even though im 6 hours away, i will definitely do business with Jennifer, Alan, and Kim again and highly recommend them. More

I can't begin to express how my experience with James and Peter were. From the time I entered, I was greeted immediately. I had been talking with James on email and phone. We had some issues with financing, so he and the management literally bent over backwards and I ended up with a brand new Kia Forte that I love. Then onto Peter, the Business Manager. He was fantastic in how he presented the material to me and explained everything on every document. These two men were professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and courtious.
