I bought a Toyota Tacoma 2 years ago at this dealership along with a maintenance service package. Been taking it for scheduled maintenances and I’ve been noticing that the tires aren’t rotated, the mainten along with a maintenance service package. Purchased a used Lincoln Navigator a couple weeks ago and it had to be detailed so I drove back to the Eastern Shore and agreed to pick the vehicle up after it had been detailed. Drove back to the dealership after working a 14 hour shift to pick my vehicle up and it wasn't detailed at all. The interior was dirty as well as the exterior. At this point I wanted them to keep the vehicle. My salesperson explained that there was a shortage of help in the detail department and that she could send it to another location to have it detailed but i would have to make another trip back to pick it up. I would never had put a luxury vehicle on the lot without it being at least cleaned inside. I'm still being told I can bring the truck back but I'm afraid the same thing will happen. If you ever buy a vehicle from them prepare to let them keep it for a week so it will be cleaned properly. More

Frustrating all around. Made an appointment online, which was easy and straightforward. This was after I tried calling, and they said they'd call me back and waiting for over a week for a callback that never happened. I go drop the car off on a Saturday morning, right when they open at my scheduled appointment time. I'm trying to get some TSB and recalls performed on my car, a Kia EV6, and the Service Advisor spins a yarn about how it will take a longer period of time due to needing to perform the necessary quality checks, and tells me my car won't be ready until Monday at 1:00. Fine, I'm sure it's mostly nonsense, but I don't need my car the next two days, I can deal with it so long as it gets done by Monday when I WILL need it. I check on the Kia Access app, and sure enough, on Monday by noon, my car has not been touched or moved since I dropped it off on Saturday morning. No work has been performed. I call them and stay on various states of hold for almost an hour on Monday until I finally get through to a Service Advisor who now tells me my car will be ready by the end of the day due to the updates taking some time without admitting my car still hasn't been touched yet. Communication has been abysmal, and I'm not convinced they will have actually completed all the recall work and applying the TSB updates they said they were going to, but as I have not picked up the car yet I don't know. What I do know is so far, they've lied about what needed to happen to my car, when they said they were going to do it, and why they needed to hang on to my car for as long as they did. Anecdotally, others have gotten the work I needed done within three hours, not 2-3 days. Even if I get my car back with everything done properly, I do not see a return visit to this dealer in my future unless the greatest need compels me, which is unfortunate because they're the closest dealer to my home. I never knew there was a r on it to reflect the working attitude of Koons Kia of Woodbridge. I bought a 2015 Kia Optima from this store in May 2021. I never knew there was a recall on this car, and the dealership never informed me. Two years, down the lane, the engine of my car has now seized up, and the problem has been traced to the recall. To begin with Kia was supposed to solve the recall problem before selling me the car, and worse case scenario, should have informed me that there was a recall on the car. I have called Kia's parent company only for them to tell me that the recall letter was sent to the previous owner of the car. Now, there is $9,000 dollars owed on this car, but the engine has seized up, I'm reduced to taking Uber to go to work. Koons Kia of Woodbridge is adamantly refusing to work with me, or help solve this problem for me. If an engine problem has been traced to a recall issue, one would have thought that a dealership of a repute would help the customer solve the problem. However, Koons Kia of Woodbridge sold this car, made their profit, and put me in my current problem while adamantly refusing to solve this issue. I am asking every single person out there to beware of Koons Kia of Woodbridge. The dealership is irresponsible, uncaring, and has no ethical value or consideration in when it comes to making decisions to help customers. Please, for your own sake, beware of this dealership called Koons Kia of Woodbridge. More
I gave this dealership a five star as everything went well with the purchase of my Kia Telluride. Fast forward to 3 weeks later when I learned that someone used my EZ Pass on the car I traded in. Not onc well with the purchase of my Kia Telluride. Fast forward to 3 weeks later when I learned that someone used my EZ Pass on the car I traded in. Not once but twice! Everything went so fast that I never thought of what was in the glovebox. I have tried numerous times to contact them. No response at all. I will never step foot into this dealership again. Word of mouth is the best tool these days. More
