The salesperson brought out the manager who had in his hand what I thought was an accurate car fax report giving the truck a clean bill of health and insisted the truck had not been repainted. After some wheeling and dealing, I left with what I thought was a good deal on the Tundra. Well, after about 4 months I decided I like the Tundra so much, I went in to a Toyota dealership to trade-up to a 2010. To my surprise, the Toyota manager came out with their version of a car fax report that showed frame damage and would not except the truck in a trade-in! To make sure, I paid for a car fax report and yep, Koon’s had knowingly doctored the report, and ripped me off! The staff there, including the finance and sales managers, are lying xxxx! More
