I never thought buying a car could be such an enjoyable experience. I was treated like I was the only customer there. I love my new 2011 Kia Sportage. I came in and test drove the car with a sales representative and they went over all the features on the car. After I signed all the paperwork they took me to the serv drove the car with a sales representative and they went over all the features on the car. After I signed all the paperwork they took me to the service department and introduced me to the Service Manager, Liana so that I knew where to take my new Sportage for repairs. I am going to tell all my friends about the great service I received. Everyone was great. More
Very deceitful. I purchased an 07 Tundra I assumed had Very deceitful. I purchased an 07 Tundra I assumed had issues due to paint overspray here and there. The salesperson brought out the manager who had in his hand what I thought was an accurate car fax report giving the truck a clean bill of health and insisted the truck had not been repainted. After some wheeling and dealing, I left with what I thought was a good deal on the Tundra. Well, after about 4 months I decided I like the Tundra so much, I went in to a Toyota dealership to trade-up to a 2010. To my surprise, the Toyota manager came out with their version of a car fax report that showed frame damage and would not except the truck in a trade-in! To make sure, I paid for a car fax report and yep, Koon’s had knowingly doctored the report, and ripped me off! The staff there, including the finance and sales managers, are lying scum! More
