No harassing salesman, seeking to make money off of me. Instead, Gus, took time to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that best fit our budget; even included a warranty to make sure my daughter was covered and safe while driving. This was a very family friendly and well organized dealership in which I didn't spend most of my day there. This experience changed my opinion completely of the car buying process. Great experiance and professional sales people. I initially looked at several Kia's online. I saw Koons Kia of Woodbridge had a managers deal promotion and asked for a sales person to give me a call I initially looked at several Kia's online. I provided them what I was looking for and they provided me with what they had and with the sale price. My husband was unable to go with me the first day. Once I got there, I was still uncertain about the exact vehicle, so I was allowed to drive a vehicle home (1 hour away). I was able to make the decision of which Sorento I wanted to go with. The next day we went back to the dealership and we purchase the vehicle I decided on. They were very reasonable for the trade in of my truck. The financing department was not pushy with extras which I appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was nice, polite, not pushy, and professional.
