My experience was one of miscommunication. I went there to trade in my car but they didn't have anything I was interested in so I decided to sell my car to them. We were recently in the market for a new vehicle for my daughter. Short version is that we had a vehicle in mind, a 2011 Kia Forte, With gas at $4.00 a gallon and Kia's great warranty, we needed something daughter. We requested online quotes from several dealers, Kia of Woodbridge was the one that responded promptly. When we arrived we were very happy with our sales team. They were ready to go. We quickly found a car and we did a test drive. When we were through they showed us around the lot and we found a Forte Koup that was perfect but not the color we wanted. They quickly searched the local dealerships and found one in Racing Red and had it delivered that same night, did the paper work and we picked it up the next morning. When we showed up to pick-up the car, the whole process was handled professionally, everyone was courteous and I was in and out within 60 minutes. In fact the longest time was spent on showing us the features on the Koup. John has always focused on our needs and has always come through with pricing and great customer service. John and his staff did an outstanding job with financing options and kept our budget in mind. I would highly recommended Koons Kia of Woodbridge to anyone.
