Had a wonderful experience with Koon's Kia. I had located a vehicle (on the internet)that was at the Koon's Woodbridge site. I had e-mailed them various questions beforehand so that I would not wast located a vehicle (on the internet)that was at the Koon's Woodbridge site. All of the members of the sales and service team were very friendly and courteous. My name is Samuel Cole and i am a resident of Spring Valley, NY a suburb 40 miles north of New York City. I was in the market for a specific vehicle a 2008 Chevy Uplander which i could use for work. After endless searches on the internet i came upon Koons Kia which had a 2008 Silver Uplander with 70,000 miles at a price that was hard to believe considering what they were going for up here. I was already pre approved through my bank so i made a call to the dealer and spoke to Jennifer Bryce a saleslady who emailed me over 50 detailed pictures of the vehicle along with the service history and cerfax of vehicle. Even though i was 6 hours away, i decided this was the vehicle i wanted and Jennifer arranged and PAID for an Amtrak Train Ticket for me to come down to Woodbridge, Virginia from New York to pick the van up on July, 4th 2011. Koons Kia sent a very nice young man to pick me up from the train station (i forgot his name)and when i got to the dealership i was greeted by a super friendly staff including Alan the manager, Kim Burke the finance manager, and Jennifer Bryce who couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. It was a flawless process which took less then an hour and even though im 6 hours away, i will definitely do business with Jennifer, Alan, and Kim again and highly recommend them. More
