Go to KIA in Woodbridge, VA I had done plenty of research and I thought if i went to KIA I would get the best bang for my buck. The price and quality of the cars seemed perfect for me. All of my thoughts were proven to be true when i arrived at KIA in Woodbridge, Va. The moment I stepped foot in the door I was greeted with warm welcomes from the General Manager John Fee, Justin Boyd and Sales Manager Alan Miller. Justin was the one who sold me my car and he was AWESOME!!! He's not one of those people who hawk you and make you feel as if you should buy something you don't really want. OVERALL very awesome experience! Go to KIA in Woodbridge and ask for Justin! GM John fee and the whole gang were nothing but good to me! More

This was first dealership I had been to that I was actually able to come in and say this is the car I want and that was the car that I drove off the lot with! Dayz was super friendly and well informed. She really took the time to get to know me and understand my needs/wants before going on the test drives. I never felt pushed, bullied or badgered (as I had come to expect from previous experiences at a different dealership) Put it this way, I liked working with her so much I brought my parents back to her and they bought a car too! I really appreciated the courtesy phone call and card after I made my purchase, it was a nice personal touch that I don't often see. Bottom line: Dayz and the folks at Kia of Woodbridge are the absolute best!!! More

Beware dealer installed accessories that can add $1000 to price of car. web says Koons gives you more but you pay more for it. A lot more. Beware 125pct of blue book. Take trade to CarMax first then compare appraisals. And oh yes web ad says Amazon gift card for test drive. It never materialized. Expected much more from the guys -got more than I expected from competitor who painlessly closed deal at price Koons wouldn't consider. More

Sold me a car with a small dent I didn't see until I got hom I bought a pre-owned 2014 kia sorento from koons kia of woodbridge, VA. I loved the car, I took it home and when I got home I noticed a small dent and I bought a pre-owned 2014 kia sorento from koons kia of woodbridge, VA. I loved the car, I took it home and when I got home I noticed a small dent and scrap on the drivers side of the back tire below the gas cap and ran across to the other side. I didn't notice this while I was there because I was very excited to be getting the car I wanted I didn't thoroughly check the vehicle on the outside. I contacted them to inform them I saw this upon getting home and asked why no one disclosed this to me, when they say they don't sell cars with dents. There was nothing on the website about the dent. They told me there was no dent and a rock probably did the damage on my way home, that dent is not from a rock. They told me they could give me a rate to fix the dent, I was very unhappy with what they had to say about this and when I said I wasn't paying to fix the dent they said sorry to hear that and was done talking to me . If you do buy a used car from them check the car everywhere, I wouldn't trust them anymore after this. Terrible customer service after they've sold you the car. More

My husband was going to eventually buy the big truck I wanted, but when this guy Jewel said he could have the one I wanted and for a price we could afford we thought ok. He even made a list of everything I asked for. It was not what we got. They wore us down, we had no food other than popcorn. Jewel said he was going up the road to get our truck, when he came back it was after 9pm.We never got to test drive the truck and were told to lie about a $4,000 down payment. We weren't even offered a military discount. We were supposed to get 2008 GMC XL, we ended up with a 2013 that didnt have anything from my list. We went back the next day and were told they couldn't do anything for us and that our Highlander had been taken to auction 2.5hrs. after we left.They did a bait and switch on us and I'm still pissed. We're stuck with a truck we can't afford. Do not buy from these people. More
