WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Drove all the way up there this morning. Got a call verifying I was coming while on the way. Did all paperwork yesterday. I was able to complete the finance application ahead of time on their website which saved a ton of time. On the day I went in, Sean had the car they quoted me on pulled up out front and I was able to take it for a spin. After the initial paperwork, Sean gave me the identical pricing to what they first quoted me, a completely reasonable price. A few minutes later we were on to finance and finalizing everything with Sheriff who walked us through all the remaining paperwork. We were in and out in under two hours with a new car at the price we had agreed on over email - no tricks, no schemes, no deception, no high pressure tactics. Everyone we spoke to in the dealership was friendly, I'd definitely recommend figuring out what you want ahead of time and you'll be in and out in no time. More
If i could give them 0 stars i would. The service department is incompetent. Take your car somewhere else for service. Beware of bogus unnecessary repairs. Twice i was told repairs were needed that department is incompetent. Take your car somewhere else for service. Beware of bogus unnecessary repairs. Twice i was told repairs were needed that turned out not to be needed. Twice was told necessary repairs would fix my ongoing issue and twice it did not fix the issue. Was even told i needed a belt replaced that was actually replaced 1 week prior to my visit there. They never return calls. The service department at this dealership will suck the life right out of you if you let them. If you have to deal with a service advisor please try to deal with the same advisor for your issues. If you start dealing with more than 1 service advisor, the other never knows wha the other one has done or has said regarding your issue. Find an independent repair shop or another service department all together. In my opinion everyone in that service department are incompetent and scammers. More
I’m rewriting my review to be sure the 5 star rating is given to David. DAVID’s help in purchasing my 2017 CPO Sportage was outstanding. His knowledge and experience with KIA vehicles gave me all the info given to David. DAVID’s help in purchasing my 2017 CPO Sportage was outstanding. I bought a car here two years ago and had a wonderful experience. When my sister came to me and said she was ready to buy a car, I raved on this place. What an embarrassing mistake. The cars were fine, t experience. When my sister came to me and said she was ready to buy a car, I raved on this place. What an embarrassing mistake. The cars were fine, the deal offered wasn’t great but made sense (to me but my sister is young and experienced sticker shock so we backed out). The real problem was the fact that our process went for two days (we live an hour away). The first day my sister gave her license to Teddy for a test drive. We were passed from Ricky to Teddy to Anthony ( 3 sales people as the cost of our car interest went down). By the end of the night, she forgot to ask for her license back. Today when we came back, Teddy said he didn’t have it and why hadn’t she asked the night before? Sorry for the human mistake after four hours sitting and being passed around. They never found it. Donovan did offer to reimburse her replacement license DMV fee but the point is she now doesn’t have a license to test drive and buy a car elsewhere until it comes in. Once these people find out the deal is off, forget it. Ricky was the only one who came over to ask about the license and even helped look. During the sales process, Anthony was absolutely incredible and his demeanor is fresh air in this place. More
The salesman was very professional, but the was not the right match the birthday gift.Unfortunately, the only make and model with the price and mileage that I wanted was not in the right color. right match the birthday gift.Unfortunately, the only make and model with the price and mileage that I wanted was not in the right color. Dealership sold me a leaky car and didn't register it. I bought a car from Koons Kia in June (2019 RAM 2500 with 15,000 miles. On the 2nd day of ownership, the drivers side was soaked with water from a large leak. I took it in, and they supposedly fixed it. I did notice it was a little weird because their service department contacted me letting me know that some completely unrelated service was completed (one I never ordered), and they had no idea when I mentioned that my car was flooding with water. I got the vehicle back, and it didn't rain for around two weeks. When it did, the car flooded just as badly. This was disappointing, because you can duplicate the issue with a garden hose in 60 seconds, so I know they didn't even check. The leak is a visible drip for god's sake 😂. So anyways, I call them, complain a little. They say to take the vehicle back and this time they will not only fix it for free, but they will test the car to make sure it doesn't leak. I made sure to dry out the carpet beforehand to make it easier for them. Being a little suspicious that no work was actually being done on the vehicle, this time I called the service department directly after a few days. They claimed that "my rotors were all done and they were unable to duplicate the vibration issue on the road that I reported." Well, at least now I knew that they weren't actually doing anything to my car. I went to pick up my truck and the floormats were completely soaked. Either they tested it and it failed, or it just rained down their way and completely flooded my truck again. When I got home, it rained and my truck reflooded yet again. I called the dealership, and they asked if I could take the vehicle into a RAM dealership to have it fixed under warranty. I just wanted to solve the issue, so I said ok. Today, I took the vehicle in to Koon's RAM Chrysler in Tyson's. They told me they can't work on the car AT ALL... because get this.... Koon's Kia never filed the paperwork to register to car to Chrysler in my name. It's still registered in Canada, and until it's in my name, no dealership can do any warranty work on the vehicle. I called back Koon's Kia to ask them to register the car, and they told me it's going to be a few weeks before the registration will go through. I'm contacting a lawyer now, so I guess I'll update the review soon. More
Seemed very shady from the get go I was looking for a used truck and found one on their lot. A rep responded quickly at first, but then the General Manager got involved. I emailed hi I was looking for a used truck and found one on their lot. A rep responded quickly at first, but then the General Manager got involved. I emailed him and got 1 email back quickly. Then he went MIA. He even said he never heard back from me. Not sure why he would even write that when I emailed him back several times. I even got an email back from him with another telephone number on there. Called up that number and there was no one with that name at that dealership. He actually took the time to write a fake number. Couldn't deal with him any longer so I called up and spoke to another sales person. That sales person said the car was still on sale, but that the lot attendant lost the keys. I wanted to see the validity of what I was being told, so I spoke to another person and was told that the car was still on sale, but that she couldn't locate. If you read some of the other reviews, they discuss a bait and switch. I feel as if this was the case because now the car is no longer on their site. Please read all the other reviews, but my gut feeling is that something is definitely not right here. More
Returned from deployment and chose to have my car serviced before relocating out of state. My car had been sitting for months, but I had no issues using it the week prior to getting serviced. Car wa serviced before relocating out of state. My car had been sitting for months, but I had no issues using it the week prior to getting serviced. Car was picked up and returned with no issues. No issues were reported to me. I drove the car out of state and after being parked for more than 24 hrs, the car wouldn't start. I had to get a jump. The following day, I had the same issue. After receiving another jump, took the car to AutoZone where the battery terminal was discovered to be loose. I bought the necessary piece and have not issues since. When I called Koons Kia to report that either they loosened the terminal and failed to tighten it or overlooked the fact it was loose in the first place, I was told there was nothing could be done. I can't get a partial refund, and since I'm no longer in the state, I can't bring my car in to have it checked again. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't given this dealership my business and will encourage my family and friends in the area to take the service elsewhere. More
