I filled the application online, told them what I want it and specifically told them that I wanted the number to be clear. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was quoted on a car that I didn't requested, I was low ball on the price of my trade in, and when I ask questioned I was treated like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. It is sad that I was told by the Kia Dealers on Fredericksburg, VA that Koons Kia was known for that. People with lack of customer service skills shouldn't sell cars. More

Title work night mare Back in July, I purchased a KIA Sportage from Woodbridge dealer. Chrisy, the sales dealer was very helpful for me and my daughter. She provided excellent service.However, the dealer was supposed to transfer the tags from the old vehicle that I traded in, which they did not do. For five months, I was driving an unregistered vehicle without knowing until I was pulled over. I went to MVA in Maryland to straighten things up. I was told this vehicle does not have any records in Maryland. I called the manager of the dealer, she was very rude and unapologetic, she then transferred me to the sales manager who sent me temporary tags and promised to fix everything in 30 days.A month later my temporary tags are expired, I went to MVA in Maryland, they said same things my vehicle does not have record in Maryland. By the way, I have been paying car note every month. Very disappointed customer. More
