From the beginning he was not pushy, he asked me questions and listened to everything that I had to say and answered all of my questions. The staff was one of a kind. They did everything that they could to get me into my brand new Kia Optima, from working with me regarding my trade-in and financing. Terrible Warranty Service I have a 2014 Kia Optima SXL that was purchased at this dealership. I drive very little, so the car has less than 15,000 miles on it. In short, nev I have a 2014 Kia Optima SXL that was purchased at this dealership. I drive very little, so the car has less than 15,000 miles on it. In short, never take your vehicle here for warranty service. It doesn't matter how small the issue is. They are incapable of fixing anything. They must hire mechanics that were fired from Jiffy Lube. My car has been in and out of their shop many times for various reasons, and every time they find a way to make the experience terrible. My most recent experience involved a clunking noise that my car started making about a month ago while going over bumps and also while turning the steering wheel side to side while parked. It's very easy to hear. My service advisor stated she can hear it clearly and reproduce it too. I took the car in 2 weeks ago for a first attempt at fixing the problem. Parts had to be ordered since this shop never stocks parts for their mainstream family sedan. Picked the car up 3 days later. During a stop, I turned the steering wheel right and left, and naturally the clunking noise is still there. Extremely obvious that nobody bothered to test the vehicle after the 'repair'. A few days later I drop the car off again, and I confirm once again that the service advisor hears the noise and she agrees that something is wrong. This time the car sits in the shop for a full week. This time around, some parts in the steering column were (supposedly) replaced. I pick the car up again, drive it down the road, stop, and turn the wheel right and left again. The clunk is still there and now it's worse. So I have a 2 year old vehicle with 15,000 miles on it and a simple defect that this joke of a dealership is apparently unable to fix. A problem that they agree is there, and they know how to reproduce. And yet they keep returning the car to me with the same exact noise. I don't know whether they're simply stupid or they are hoping that I somehow won't notice. Either way it's utterly disgusting behavior from the dealership that I purchased a $35,000 car from. I've also had the car sit in the dealership for over 2 weeks while waiting for a rattle in my dashboard to be fixed (which of course came back). And I had to wait 2-3 weeks each time I had to get my taillights replaced when they filled with water (happened twice, thanks Kia engineering). Don't buy anything here unless you place on having it serviced elsewhere. More
Best car shopping experience I've ever had! I had heard great things about this dealership and wanted to purchase a Kia Sorento so I stopped by. I wasn't fully ready to purchase yet but after arriving there, I knew that was the day to buy my new car. The gentleman that helped me was Ali Zaka. He is the GM there but I would have never known that because he was SO hands on and helped me with my 1 million questions. The service I received was exceptional! I felt so comfortable and really safe in my purchase. As a woman, you always hear horror stories about buying a car and being ripped off but I honestly could say that was not the case here! I surely received superb quality service with Ali! Thank you Ali and thank you Koons Kia of Woodbridge! I couldn't be happier. More
Second Time Around is a charm I had just bought a 2015 Cadenza when my nephew needed a new car. I went back to Dayz Brooks and we were able to get a 2016 Optima EX. He was nervous I had just bought a 2015 Cadenza when my nephew needed a new car. I went back to Dayz Brooks and we were able to get a 2016 Optima EX. He was nervous since this was his first car but the sales process was handled gracefully by Dayz giving him the piece of mind he could get the car. The car was delivered in immaculate condition with Dayz making sure the delivery was explained in simple and clear detail. Jessie in Finance made is simple as well. Less than spectacular deal, lousy after sales experience. My wife & I bought a previously owned (used) Toyota from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. We noticed several scratches in the finish and the salesman & sales My wife & I bought a previously owned (used) Toyota from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. We noticed several scratches in the finish and the salesman & sales manager said they would have them buffed out if we brought it back on either Tuesday or Thursday. We liked the car and although the deal was middling ok, rather than exceptional or even good, we agreed. We also added a minimal service agreement. I usually don’t get these, but my wife asked for it so we agreed and purchased the car with the service agreement. That afternoon/evening was overcast, and when we looked at the car in the sun the next morning, we saw many additional scratches in the finish, along with a minor dimple (small dent) in the body. We decided to see how well the scratch repair tech would do. We live about an hour’s drive away (longer in traffic) and getting there and back takes a big chunk out of our day, but the next Tuesday, as specified by the salesman, but we came in on Tuesday, as they specified, and the scratch repair man was not available. Hour’s drive back. We went back on Thursday (an hour up, and an hour back, plus time to get the job done), and had the scratches ‘fixed’. They did a horrible job. Some of it looks worse after they were through than before. While we were waiting, we noticed that another customer that was having service performed was being badgered about getting additional services (I believe he had an oil change and he service rep wanted him to add tire rotation). The service rep argued with the customer. That afternoon, we talked things over, and given our experience with the scratches, and the lack of quality at this dealership, coupled with the way we saw them argue with a customer, and given the distance to the dealership, we decided to cancel the service contract, as was our right under the agreement. We went back to the dealership, and after being kept waiting again, they canceled it, but said that we had to wait until the next day to pick up the refund check. Again, following their instruction, showing up when they had specified, an hour’s drive each way, taking another chunk out of my day and when I got there, they could not find the check (they thought it might be locked up in the desk of someone who was unavailable, or maybe they had mailed it). I had to stand around and wait for them to void the first check and cut me another check. I will be dealing with the scratches myself. More
