Worst Customer Service Experience I am long time customer of this dealership. I have leased cars before and my experience has been pleasant until now. I went back couple of weeks ago I am long time customer of this dealership. I have leased cars before and my experience has been pleasant until now. I went back couple of weeks ago to return my lease car and get new lease. A trainee who is still learning the system met me. I wasn’t satisfied with the service that I was getting and spoke to his manager. The manager told me that someone would call me back. It took them two weeks to get back to me. I made an appointment to see with Mr. Gus. He was helpful and we came to a payment agreement that I was satisfied. They pulled my credit and I thought I would have new car soon. All that changed when finance manager Mr. Kent told me that the monthly payment went up $100 because they made a mistake on their end adding another year to my lease maturity date. I corrected him that wasn’t the case and he kept doing different calculations and making other mistakes. He couldn’t come up correct number after multiple tries. It was 5-hour ordeal and I end up leaving empty handed frustrated by the unprofessionalism that Mr. Kent showed me including making fun of my English accent. There are good people at this dealership but Mr. Kent is giving them bad name by the contempt he is showing to loyal customer like myself. He actually told me to take my business somewhere else. He is totally unprofessional and you can’t rely on the numbers that he is giving you as I outlined above. It seems like he doesn't know the basic math calculation. More

Easy, Great and Professional Experience My father and I recently purchased two vehicles from Koons Kia in Woodbridge, VA. I was in the hunt for an upgrade to what I currently had and my fath My father and I recently purchased two vehicles from Koons Kia in Woodbridge, VA. I was in the hunt for an upgrade to what I currently had and my father had been looking for months for a work vehicle. When we walked into Koons Kia, off the bat there was no sales pressure, or salesmen following us. We like to look around on our own first and then speak to someone about the questions we have. Matthew was who we worked with. He was extremely knowledgable and professional, again no pressure or pushing a car onto us. He listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for. With that, he was able to show us two prospects and we took them out on a test drive. While on the test drive he was able to explain to us what all the gadgets did/do. Again, his product knowledge was great and helped us understand what the car can or cannot do. Now to the part that no one likes, negotiation on price. We had a budget in mind and were firm to it. Matthew understood this and began crunching numbers to where we would feel comfortable (never easy). Instead of the whole constant back and forth, he went back once and brought the GM, Ali. Ali introduced himself and asked us how he could help to make us feel comfortable with the purchase of the two vehicles. We explained to Ali what we thought about both cars and where we stood. We chatted a little bit more about the cars and ourselves. It was nice to feel that we weren't being shoved something down our throat but to feel respected and that he was taking the time to know us. This lasted about 10-15 mins and then he asked to give him a few mins as him and Matthew walked back to his office. A few mins later they both came back and said "Congratulations!". We shook hands and Ali walked us over to financing, after that we were done! Both cars were outside detailed and ready to go. Again, both Ali and Matthew were outside to see us off, shook our hands and said thank you. Honestly, we couldn't thank them enough about the smooth process. As long as Ali and Matthew are at Koons Kia, I will be a customer for life. Thank you again to Ali and Matthew!! More

No harassing salesman, seeking to make money off of me. Instead, Gus, took time to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that best fit our budget; even included a warranty to make sure my daughter was covered and safe while driving. This was a very family friendly and well organized dealership in which I didn't spend most of my day there. This experience changed my opinion completely of the car buying process. Thank you Gus and Kia Koons for employing such professional and knowledgable staff. More
Great experiance and professional sales people. I initially looked at several Kia's online. I saw Koons Kia of Woodbridge had a managers deal promotion and asked for a sales person to give me a call I initially looked at several Kia's online. I saw Koons Kia of Woodbridge had a managers deal promotion and asked for a sales person to give me a call. I was called within 5 minutes. I provided them what I was looking for and they provided me with what they had and with the sale price. My husband was unable to go with me the first day. Once I got there, I was still uncertain about the exact vehicle, so I was allowed to drive a vehicle home (1 hour away). I was able to make the decision of which Sorento I wanted to go with. The next day we went back to the dealership and we purchase the vehicle I decided on. They were very reasonable for the trade in of my truck. The financing department was not pushy with extras which I appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was nice, polite, not pushy, and professional.
