Total Lairs, Swindlers, Smooth-talking Con Artists Koons Kia of Woodbridge lied repeatedly, ripped me off and also lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint. I attempted to deal with the used car mana Koons Kia of Woodbridge lied repeatedly, ripped me off and also lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint. I attempted to deal with the used car manager (Mustafa Sadeqi), sales manager (Amir Seyedan), general manager (Ali Zaka) and car salesman (Augustine Kwarteng-Acheampo, aka Gus) - - ALL of whom were smooth talking lairs (multiple times). This dealer refused to honor their so-called 7-day exchange guarantee, lied about inspecting the car, lied about the condition of the car, lied about the features/options, lied about returning items from the car that I traded-in. I don't write reviews - but this experience makes me feel it is necessary to write one. If I could give a 'minus' review/w flashing lights on this dealer, I would. This rip-off house called a dealership also appears to have the Virginia BBB in their pocket, because when I filed a complaint, the dealer lied to the BBB and saId they spoke with me, all issues were resolved and that I was totally satisfied. Despite me telling the BBB the dealer was lying, the BBB email said that since the dealer stated the issues were resolved they are closing the case. I tried opening a new case and the BBB immediately closed it - guess they are actually the 'For Business Bureau' - - - WHAT A SCAM AND RIPOFF BY WELL REHEARSED SWINDLERS AND CON ARTISTS!! BUYERS BEWARE - RUN AWAY AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! More

Poor customer service I buyed a car more than 2 months ago, the service of the sales representative(Moe Farooqi ) is too poor after I took the car out of the door. Brand New Vehicle I purchased a new vehicle on May 20, 2017. Before I drove off the lot I noticed the speakers not working properly. I was told they would pick it up bring me a loaner. Well they did, they picked it up May 23. I didn't hear anything from no one about the status of my brand new vehicle until I wrote a review May 26. I was told the part will be in on my brand new Kia May 31. Well May 31 came and went. So once again lack of communication. I called June 1 only to be told my car would be ready that day. Schedule to have it delivered back to me June 2 sometime after 7pm. OK OK . Well guess what!!! I received a call at 6:25pm June 2 not from the service department but by the nice porter only to tell me my car is still not fixed! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! The lack of communication and service! They should of by now just gave me another new car. I purchased May 23 and I only was able to drive it 2days. I'm just over it! Don't buy from here run!!!! More

I asked what the issue was with the ac and the guy couldn't find anything from the tech on the form. he said he needed to go check with his. he comes back a few minutes later and tells me the tech forgot to check it and to give him 5 minutes and they will be done. the tech comes in to get the key and said sorry I didn't see it written on the form. seriously?? it was there. 20 minutes later they still weren't done. I went back to ask how much longer and was told they were recharging the ac and putting die in there and I would need to come back in 2 weeks because there was a leak and they didn't know where it was from. was again told it would be just a few minutes. 30 minutes later I went back to the counter and was told they would go ahead and check me out because the tech was getting ready to pull my car out 20 minutes later and still nothing. at this time I was really mad. went back in again and asked how much longer and the guy got up and went into the service area and came back 5 minutes later and said they found the leak and a rock hit my condenser and it wasn't covered under warranty. first off how do you know a rock hit it? are a little man that is sitting under my hood and knows what is going on? second this is a brand new car and this isn't covered? I am beyond mad. waiting for well over 3 hours doesn't help. I left there and am ready to trade this car in on something other than a kia. More

The night before I wanted to do a test drive, I called the dealership and had the good fortune to speak with Tamara Suvorova. We chatted about the availability of the car that met all my criteria (4 wheels, a steering wheel, radio – just kidding), and it was in stock. Tamara offered to show me the car that night up until 9 PM, or when it was convenient. I told he I had a crazy schedule, so she sent me a link to the finance application to get things started. I showed up at 9 AM this morning and asked to speak with Tamara. One of her associates walked me in and introduced us. She had the car parked just outside the showroom door, and we went over it with a fine-tooth comb. After looking at all the components we went for a test drive. Safety features were pointed out, and additional technical specks that were over my head. Whilst all of this was taking place, the finance representative was putting together several options. She explained them all – as some of the extra reductions depended on the funding particulars. This staff worked like a well-oiled machine. By 10 AM, I was taken on a tour of the service center; introduced to one of the service technicians; learned about options for dropping the car off after hours and loaner cars; and – more importantly – all the warranty information on the vehicle was explained. By 10:20 AM I was signing the financing and other necessary documents. In all the years I have been buying cars, this was truly a walk in the park. At about 10:45 AM, I met up with Tamara, and she brought me to the car. She pointed out key pages in the owner’s manual and then we set about to explore how every feature on the dashboard/console worked. We setup my phone, downloaded my contacts, I learned two ways of speaking commands into the phone. It was clear that Tamara was very concerned about focusing on driving and not getting distracted by muddling through smart phone buttons. Again, we looked under the hood – it was clear she knew all about the car and took pride in the quality of the vehicle. She pointed out information about the roadside assistance program and other options that I could consider down the road. Before I left, she had the dealership manager come to thank me. He asked about my experience, and I could not have been more complementary. For the first time in my life, I purchased and drove off with a new car in two hours. Tamara was genuinely interested in building a customer relationship for life. Her understated manner, and her willingness to listen made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Kudos to Tamara and her colleagues. I have no reservation in giving them five stars! More

Jonathan was owsame. More
