Our sales rep (Khalid) was very helpful. However the dealer misrepresented the actual price for the car. Sticker and website said one price, which we would have been happy to agree to, but when we closed there were apparently certain conditions required to meet the dealer discount, which we did not meet, adding $3K to the advertised price. We did eventually meet in the middle but came very close to walking out the door. Eventually we made a deal, but the misrepresented advertised price made things more complicated and aggregating than they should have been. More

I actually had a great experience helping my daughter buy a used car at Koons Kia. Our salesperson, Jordan Smith, was friendly and knowledgeable. After our test drive, and with Koons Kia offering $1,000 mor a used car at Koons Kia. Our salesperson, Jordan Smith, was friendly and knowledgeable. After our test drive, and with Koons Kia offering $1,000 more than other dealerships in the area for our trade in, we negotiated a price that we were happy with. When we showed up the next day to close the deal, Jordan and his manager let us know about a Presidents Day financing promotion that resulting is us getting an additional $1,200 for our trade in. The financing was easy and they did not pressure us into any "extras" that we didn't need or want. We were very satisfied with car buying experience and would recommend Koons Kia. More
Absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Multiple times I have scheduled service including using their pick up service. Each time the vehicle has been returned without even being looked at, Multiple times I have scheduled service including using their pick up service. Each time the vehicle has been returned without even being looked at, and we were told, "oh sorry, we got really busy, can we keep it an extra day". Not to mention I had to call to get the status of the vehicle, they did not provide any update until I called them. A previous time was told, they forgot they had the vehicle so a technician was never assigned. This was after physically dropping off said vehicle. They do not provide loaner vehicles, despite a lot with several hundred vehicles just sitting there. I guess they just expect everyone to have multiple vehicles and to be inconvenienced or have the $ to pay for a rental. Just today I called to express my displeasure with their service and was hung up on. Yeah, great job Koons Kia. More
Drove over an hour and a half to the dealership to purchase a brand new 2024 vehicle. Did the financing application prior to arriving as I was certain I was going to buy the vehicle which affected my purchase a brand new 2024 vehicle. Upon arrival I took the vehicle on a test drive and the odometer had 2500 miles on it. I asked how this was still being sold as a new car as it had obviously been used. We drove back to the dealership and the vehicle had a small door ding and there was a scratch on the rear bumper. They told me it was a loaner vehicle and upon learning that that was a deal breaker for me they came back and said that it hadn't been a loaner and that the general manager had been the one using and driving the vehicle around for his personal use. They offered to take 300 dollars off for it having so many miles plus the door ding and scratch as if that was even remotely enough to cover the cost it would take to fix the door ding and scratch. Steer clear of this place! More
