They both went out of their way to make the experience as painless as possible and the genuine interest they showed by getting me a deal I could not pass up speaks volumes for the dealerships attentiveness to customer satisfaction. Even after when I was about to drive off the lot, a general manager was outside and congratulated me on my new car purchase (customer satisfaction to the fullest extent in my humble opinion). Jonathan and Donovan have both been nothing short of outstanding with anything I have needed or requested in the following months since I purchased the car.
