They On 12/26/18 (sorry for the late review), Jonathan Hernandez and Donavan Backmirza both helped me get a great deal on a new 2018 Kia Stinger GT2. They both went out of their way to make the experience as painless as possible and the genuine interest they showed by getting me a deal I could not pass up speaks volumes for the dealerships attentiveness to customer satisfaction. Even after when I was about to drive off the lot, a general manager was outside and congratulated me on my new car purchase (customer satisfaction to the fullest extent in my humble opinion). Jonathan and Donovan have both been nothing short of outstanding with anything I have needed or requested in the following months since I purchased the car. Bonus, the car is SO much fun to drive and I am absolutely blessed that they were able to work a deal with me that allowed me to drive off the lot with the Stinger as a late Christmas present to myself. Thank you to everyone associated with Koons Kia of Woodbridge, you have a customer for life for sure! More

Bate and Switch!! I called because of an adverted price on a 2018 Kia Soul. Was told by Eli that the car was on the lot and I should drive out to see it. We live an hou I called because of an adverted price on a 2018 Kia Soul. Was told by Eli that the car was on the lot and I should drive out to see it. We live an hour and a half away. Fifteen minutes before we arrived they called and told me the car I wanted was out on loan. They showed me another similar car with the same features but wouldn’t give me the same price. Quoted me at least 2,000 more. Tried to quote me for another car as well with 2019 with less features still more than the advertised price of the car I came to see. What a waste of time and it is just horrible to do that to someone! I will never deal with these people! It was Sunday Aug 5 2018! Manager on duty had no sympathy and Saleswoman didn’t either! She said this happens all the time and what are you going to do? She was writing up a deal for someone before and the car was bought by another customer before she could finish the deal! xxx More
