I have made numerous attempts to have the contact information updated to my name, since I'm the one that actually makes the payments and it's my car. However, from the minute we added my significant other's name, everything goes to him. I can't even update the information online, even though I'm on there also. I have to wonder if it's b/c I'm a woman. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for this reason. More

Severely Disappointed & $800 Wrongfully Stolen I had my car repaired at Kia. I was told on the phone it would be $68 for 1 service parts and labor and $180 for the second. Because the price was so I had my car repaired at Kia. I was told on the phone it would be $68 for 1 service parts and labor and $180 for the second. Because the price was so minimal I agreed to the work. When I was told my car was ready to pick up I was told my bill would be almost $1,200. I talked to the service representative (Marcos) and the service manage (Sam). I was told to get my car I'd need to pay it now and we could request the phone call through IT, which would take 3 to 5 business days. I waited 2 weeks to let them resolve the situation before I began calling daily. My calls and voicemails were duitily ignored to the point where I had to take off work to go in and talk to them about where the IT investigation is and where is the ~$800 they owe me. I am now on week four of waiting and the phone call has still not been provided to me. I've even gone as far as to call the General Manager and leave him a voicemail and, shocker, I still have not heard from him and it's been 4 days. If you value your hard earned dollar go anywhere but this Kia dealership. I've been severely disappointed and received a financial burden for something I DID NOT approve. More

We knew they had this car marked down and we were able to get an amazing deal that we weren't able to get in our home town. Our product specialist was Paris Sims, who was great and very informative on the details of the vehicle, and was very patient while we were making our decisions. The first person we dealt with for financing was Andrea Cooper, she was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make sure I was going to get payments that were in my budget and dig for the best interest rate possible. James Hottle closed the deal with our paperwork and was very patient to answer and questions we had. We chose a brand new Stinger that still had the stickers on it from the manufacturer. They got it all ready, gassed it up, and we were on our way. We will definitely make the drive to work with this dealer again ! More

BAIT AND SWITCH and another lie AB provided via email an out the door price for a new 2019 Sorento EX V6 and the worksheet indicating 5 miles on the odometer. Their price was in line AB provided via email an out the door price for a new 2019 Sorento EX V6 and the worksheet indicating 5 miles on the odometer. Their price was in line with other dealers in the area and since Woodbridge was the the first to respond we went there for the test drive and to ultimately purchase if everything worked out. We arrive and within minutes the vehicle is available for the test drive. We turn on the ignition and the "new" vehicle has 6,200 miles on the odometer. Our salesman George proceeds to say this was a manager's car and that you want many miles on your new car. We go for the drive and get back to the dealership. We sit down and I show him I have another quote for a few hundred dollars less for a real new car. I say I am interested in a great deal on this vehicle with 6,200 miles. He says great, asks how much for the down payment, and goes to speak with the manager. We sit at his desk for about 20 minutes with no activity. At this point we are getting up to leave and out of nowhere George appears with the new price and says great news we have a fantastic deal for you. He points to a price $5,000 lower than the original quote. It only took a second to realize all he did was subtract the down payment from the total price. The final price had not changed by a cent! We walk out and they run after us asking begging us to come back in to make a deal. Yeah right. Ultimately purchased from another dealer with no miles for less than the original quote and no hassle. Please don't waste your time here. More

No haggling, no hassling...just easy-going, laid back, upfront and honest...I have no complaints. Tim let the vehicle speak for itself, and it screamed, "BUY ME!!!" LOL In this day and time, the pressure of salespeople to get someone to buy a vehicle sometimes turns a potential customer off. Tim was the exact opposite of that, which is why I bought the vehicle. That, and the vehicle really did speak for itself. And Kirk Cooley, the Finance Manager, was also very laid back and cool (like his name). He explained the process, and even provided me with additional information I didn't get from other dealerships. That's great service that goes above and beyond, and this customer is VERY happy with her purchase! Can you tell in my picture? :-) Thanks, Koons Kia; you all are GREAT!!! More
