Inconvenience isn’t the word. Your general manager offered me $500 to quietly walk away and forget about the vehicle I had a friend bring me from Richmond to buy. Keep this in mind. You guys cost me some time and money. That manager and salesman that did me wrong without a doubt cost your business millions. Just in the time since I left your dealership I bought a brand new truck from Jerry’s Ford. They are kind enough to deliver the vehicle and make good on their “concierge “ service. You guys have not made such a good impression with Facebook, Instagram, BBB, google, my church. The Christmas party my wife attended last night probably won’t yield much business for you either. My son in the army was pretty upset to find out his dad got screwed out of the truck he was searching and waiting patiently for. News travels fast around Ft. Bragg. All of the Doctors and nurses at the transplant facility always want to know what I have been doing recently. So you see......when you treat people badly it is just plain bad business.

I will not be contacting you, I will never be contacting you, I will never be using your service department ever again. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. A service advisor there with the name of Deshaun should be fired for his incompetence. I later figured out the repairs they said my car needed should have been diagnosed for something else and another remedy should have been followed up on but either they were just too lazy or incompetent to put the work in. If you don't do your homework they will tell you anything or any lie hoping you will believe it. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND RESEARCH. I will say again for anyone who reads this, IF that service department recommends a repair and its going to cost you I strongly suggest you get a 2nd opinion. Their shoddy and shady work and incompetence almost cost me "thousands" of dollars and I'm so glad i followed my instincts and I did not leave my car there another minute. Now my repairs are costing me ZERO DOLLARS, ZERO DOLLARS, thanks to their incompetence. You really can't trust any dealership service department but this one in my opinion is by far the worst and it seethes me so much so that I feel the need to post this review once a month so that others can beware.
