The price was good after haggling. The service, not. Bought a brand new 2021 and they didn’t wash it, install floor mats, or remove window stickers. They said the car would be ready Monday and I said I’d get it Tuesday morning. I gave them an extra 24 hours and they still didn’t do a basic courtesy. I had to ask them to wash it, remove the window stickers, and install the floor mats. Then they said they did wash it the night before but it rained. However, there was mud caked to the tires and step bar. I told them to not take me for a fool and they said the pipes for the car wash froze over night so they couldn’t wash it again. I was not happy but never lost my demeanor. After pointing out everything they failed to do, the person helping me came back and said “great news they broke the ice in the pipes and can wash it now.” I chose not to call him on the obvious BS because I was already greatly offended at the utter lack of respect shown towards my wife and I as customers. When they finally gave me the car to take home, I got in to drive away but immediately noticed the gas tank was empty and the gas light was on. Any respectable dealership would give you at least a half tank of gas, but one that cares would give you it with a full tank. It was disrespectful and I would not recommended this dealership for anything other than price. More
I was looking for a suv and found 2 I was interested in. I contacted a salesperson and gave him the vin numbers posted and scheduled to meet him to test drive the vehicles. After, I got to the dealership I contacted a salesperson and gave him the vin numbers posted and scheduled to meet him to test drive the vehicles. After, I got to the dealership the salesperson told me that the vehicles hadn’t arrived and wouldn’t be there for about a month. He tried to sale me something I was not interested in. In addition, he could not answer my questions about the vehicle without having to ask someone else. Horrible attitude and service. I will never return. More
My daughter found a 2018 Toyota Highlander with everything she wanted. Drove 2 hours the next morning to finish the deal. This Service department needs an overhaul in customer care. After contacting the Service department twice via their messaging service. Asking them what to do after our car was towed and given the fact care. After contacting the Service department twice via their messaging service. Asking them what to do after our car was towed and given the fact that hybrids can be damaged when not towed properly. Twice we were promised a call back and it never happened. Frustrated, we made a Service appointment for the free alignment check. Arriving there, the service desk told me: "WE NEVER CALL BACK, WE DON'T KNOW WHY THE MESSAGING SERVICE TELLS THAT". Wow, i should have turned around and walked. I was also told that the free alignment check would be just a visual check and the car would not be going on any machine. I knew something was off with the steering so I agreed to the $99 alignment. I asked if they could check the for any other damage the towing company could have cost. I'm certain that this request was not conveyed to the repair man. From now on, i will be using a different dealership for any service i need. More

Had a great experience with this dealer. I knew going in that I wanted a new Stinger GT, so I was able to start the process a few days ahead of time, and got very clear itemized pricing from the sales manag that I wanted a new Stinger GT, so I was able to start the process a few days ahead of time, and got very clear itemized pricing from the sales managers over email. I was able to complete the finance application ahead of time on their website which saved a ton of time. On the day I went in, Sean had the car they quoted me on pulled up out front and I was able to take it for a spin. After the initial paperwork, Sean gave me the identical pricing to what they first quoted me, a completely reasonable price. A few minutes later we were on to finance and finalizing everything with Sheriff who walked us through all the remaining paperwork. We were in and out in under two hours with a new car at the price we had agreed on over email - no tricks, no schemes, no deception, no high pressure tactics. Everyone we spoke to in the dealership was friendly, I'd definitely recommend figuring out what you want ahead of time and you'll be in and out in no time. More
If i could give them 0 stars i would. The service department is incompetent. Take your car somewhere else for service. Beware of bogus unnecessary repairs. Twice i was told repairs were needed that turned out not to be needed. Twice was told necessary repairs would fix my ongoing issue and twice it did not fix the issue. Was even told i needed a belt replaced that was actually replaced 1 week prior to my visit there. They never return calls. The service department at this dealership will suck the life right out of you if you let them. If you have to deal with a service advisor please try to deal with the same advisor for your issues. If you start dealing with more than 1 service advisor, the other never knows wha the other one has done or has said regarding your issue. Find an independent repair shop or another service department all together. In my opinion everyone in that service department are incompetent and scammers. More
