I am completely shocked by the horrible service I received. To say that I am not satisfied with the customer service I received is an understatement. I arranged an appointment with Khalid Nezami received. To say that I am not satisfied with the customer service I received is an understatement. I arranged an appointment with Khalid Nezami for a 2021 Kia Rio S on 06/16/21. He began our conversation with a degrading comment about women, stating, “they can’t do this(car sales) job.” Not only was his comment completely unprofessional, irreverent, and discriminative but it was very offensive to me as a woman. After showing me a price $3000 over the budget we discussed over the phone, Khalid tried to have me sign for the car without even having seen or test driven the vehicle. Ridiculous. After 2 hours of waiting for the car to be “tested” I was finally shown the car only to discover that this “new” 2021 Kia Rio S already had 100miles (although I was told that it was coming straight from the manufacturer) albeit, I never even got to test drive the car. I don’t expect this kind of dishonesty and unprofessionalism from an actual Kia dealership. When I (unsurprisingly) decided not to buy the car from Khalid, he told me that I was “not an honest person”. If the managers of this dealership don’t take action, I will. Save your time (& money) and go to the Honda dealership across the street. By the looks of the people walking out of this dealership they were not satisfied with their experiences either. More
From the moment I walked in, till the time I was walked out, I was presented with smiles, courtesy and respect. Matthew is the best, and I am very pleased. out, I was presented with smiles, courtesy and respect. Matthew is the best, and I am very pleased. More
So disappointed in Koons Kia! This dealership made it abundantly clear that they're disinterested in accommodating negotiations or financing agreements over the phone or via an online application portal, abundantly clear that they're disinterested in accommodating negotiations or financing agreements over the phone or via an online application portal, like most other dealerships. We were super interested in buying one of their used cars and literally would have bought it this morning without even test driving it if the Koons rep we spoke with would have been willing to put us through to her financing department when we asked about next steps. (We were trying to negotiate remotely from DC. She said they favored in-person visits and would probably be too busy to speak with us today because it's a holiday weekend.) She wasn't a mean or rude person, but our rep pretty much did everything she could to discourage us from buying this car. It was actually just bizarre, especially since we have the money and credit and would have just bought the car if they'd shown even a tiny modicum of interest or flexibility in working with us online or over the phone to settle the terms today. Not sure why it was so critical for us to come in-person before agreeing to the purchase. Our Koons Kia rep couldn't even tell us if the vehicle came with one or two keys and was unwilling to invest her time into finding out and letting us know. We understand that there's a vehicle shortage and demand exceeds supply right now. That's really not a great reason for passing over very customers, though. Just because a dealership has an abundance of business right now and doesn't need folks' business today doesn't mean it will always be the case. Koons Kia isn't the first dealership recently to let us know that they don't need business due to the used car/chip shortage, but they will be the last (we bought the same car elsewhere for a better price and MUCH better service.) If you treat people with respect, they'll be back. If you don't, they won't. More
Seeing as Koons Kia has not seen fit to respond to either my survey or my email to the GM and MS, I will be sure to outline the issues I had with the dealership in a more public forum. -Bait and switch ta my survey or my email to the GM and MS, I will be sure to outline the issues I had with the dealership in a more public forum. -Bait and switch tactics (the "in store" price was thousands more than the online price we originally came in for, and to use our already approved financing, it would be additional thousands because we would "lose the rebates") -classic "new sales manager" role (after getting up and walking out, we were stopped in the parking lot with a "new" offer (which matched the online price we requested, shockingly), because a "new manager just came on duty") -shady practices in shuffling stock and sales prices around during sale -insulting the customer's ability to pay (we were told we should "maybe buy a cheaper car" when the ridiculous APR raised the monthly above our set threshold) -Left after 4.5 hours, at night- saw the car in the light the next morning to realize that they had sold us the wrong color car (different shade of blue). Contacted the dealership immediately and was told "you signed the papers, the car is yours now." These are just the highlights, but suffice to say I have never been treated more poorly by a dealership in my life, and have received zero communication from them post-sale- not so much as an acknowledgement of my concerns. Do not buy from Koons Kia. More
All I can say that the management is a bunch a liars, deceitful, shady, and have no care for the costumer. bottom line is I was lied to and no one has the xxxxx to tell the truth, also I was told if you deceitful, shady, and have no care for the costumer. bottom line is I was lied to and no one has the xxxxx to tell the truth, also I was told if you dont like the price you can go someone else.by their sales manager, I also called the general manager which has the worst management skills someone should check his degree, and I also called vice president of sales and never got a call back. its all about the money and not the costumer. this place is garbage and people need to wake and understand and not purchase from this dealership. They train all their employees to lie and have no care, I will never buy or purchase any vehicle from the house of liars. dont be bought in by their fakeness. More

I didn't hav I had service done on my car 4/23/21 I had the coolant flush, oil change ,flush radiator, and wheel alignment came to total of $448.88. I didn't have the problem with the service, I had the problem with them washing my car, they did a bad wash job , I showed it to Kirolos the gentleman that helped. I was very disappointment . I am going through cancer and I can not afford a new car, I bought my Kia brand new in 2011 and I maintain service, and I keep it clean, I feel like since its a 2012 they feel like they dont need to clean it like the other new vehicles Ruby Baptist. Bate and switch! They advertised a new 2021 Forte LXS for $12,697 that was used as a dealership driver. It had 4046 miles on it. In the end, they wanted over $18K because we did not qualify for the mil for $12,697 that was used as a dealership driver. It had 4046 miles on it. In the end, they wanted over $18K because we did not qualify for the military, first responder, or trade in incentive ($2100). Has anybody ever heard of a trade in incentive from a manufacturer?? Complete garbage... Lies, Lies, Lies More
They falsely advertised their brand new 2021 Kia Forte lxs to be $14,000 without saying that was with the military incentives included. So the price went up to $18000. Then after all fees and trade in, th lxs to be $14,000 without saying that was with the military incentives included. So the price went up to $18000. Then after all fees and trade in, they wanted $283 for 6 years for a $13,000 car. Then insulted my car that they were trying to buy. Like they weren’t even trying to sell a car. So unprofessional and probably illegal. More
I talked to david and he was beyond unprofessional. i’m a young female and I went by myself and the first thing he said to me was “oh did you crash your last car” while shopping for my first car. he then pro young female and I went by myself and the first thing he said to me was “oh did you crash your last car” while shopping for my first car. he then proceeded to make sexist comments about “i’ve never seen a girl look under the hood like that”. not to mention their prices are ridiculous. 1500$ in fees, no warranty or anything on a 8000$ car that’s worth $5000. so unprofessional, uncomfortable, and rude.
