Tearolon, It is not lost on me that it took posting my concerns in a public manner to earn a reply. I emailed you and Mr Madrigal 6 days ago, and received no response. I was more than willing to work these issues out between us, but nobody at Koons cared until everyone could see it. If you truly want to resolve this situation, and this isn't just a canned response that every negative review receives, read and reply to my email. Then we can talk.
