He asked me what I wanted and he told I called Kia of Woodbridge after 4:30 in the afternoon and Jordan Smith answered the phone…….. I was in luck!! He asked me what I wanted and he told me that he only had one Soul that fit my criteria and he said that he’d have it ready for me. When I got there he had it pulled up in front and I knew it was mine before I walked in the door! I also picked Jordan right out of everyone that was working there and called his name when I first saw him standing there! It was like deja vu! He made the whole process very enjoyable from the time I called to fixing my head rest before I drove off……I would recommend anyone looking for a Kia to call Jordan at Koons Kia of Woodbridge I would also like to give a compliment to the gentleman that assisted me with the financing portion of the deal: Mr Tyler Winchell. He made the process seamless and answered all my questions about the service plan and extended warranty! I have no doubt that I will have the same experience when getting my car serviced! Koons Kia of Woodbridge (Virginia) knowingly and deceptively sold me a vehicle that had a lack of proper maintenance, and that needed major mechanical repairs. Costs of the neglected repairs and mai deceptively sold me a vehicle that had a lack of proper maintenance, and that needed major mechanical repairs. Costs of the neglected repairs and maintenance were/are in excess of eight thousand dollars ($8,000.00). They also told me the vehicle had features that it did not (ie. parking sensors). Koons Kia LIED in their reply to the BBB in response to my complaints. Their response falsely stated: "Since the original complaint was issued, we have been in contact with the customer and the issue has been resolved. Customer is content with the final results with the vehicle." From that point, the BBB said the dealer told them that they spoke with me and everything was resolved so they're closing my complaint....xxx? I don't care what false positive reviews are being posting. This was my experience, and based on the way it all happened, it was not an outlier or anomaly. I now see their business model as lie, cheat and deceive to get the sale. Once the deal is done, screw the buyer! Note to Koons: don't bother adding an insincere, xx note about being surprised by my experience! More
I was already approved by a bank with an offer in hand and ready to make my purchase. However, it seems no one was interested in following up with me when promised. “Fear not, the Koons Kia of Woodbri and ready to make my purchase. However, it seems no one was interested in following up with me when promised. “Fear not, the Koons Kia of Woodbridge finance team is ready to work with Woodbridge area drivers to find an auto loan, leasing deal, or finance package! From our team of finance professionals to our array of digital retailing tools, drivers can look forward to a distinctly modern finance experience at Koons Kia of Woodbridge!” Sadly, your finance team failed to live up to your online advertising. I fear not because I educated myself and got approved before submitting my application. I fear for your customers that do need help from a financial expert and are turning to Kia of Woodbridge as a trusted, local partner. I appreciate you getting back to me, but to tell someone you were denied via email, 4 days after promised, is not a “distinctly modern finance experience”. I hope Kia at Woodbridge learns from this failure and trains its employees to better serve future clients. For example, if someone is denied and you can’t find financing don’t just email them after the Sales Manager follows up because he didn’t see the expected sale go through. At least pick up the phone to break the news. And maybe if you cared enough, possibly even offer a solution. Do not say you will call back in 5 minutes and then fire your customer because they were denied financing. That’s a terrible way to do business. You all have wonderful reviews online but you really fell short of expectations. More

I had a great experience at this location. Everyone was very helpful! Thomas tried really hard to find what I wanted and at first he couldn't find what I need, but in the end he found exactly what I wanted very helpful! This is my eight time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I've never had a bad experience or regretted a purchase until I came here. Everything was great until after I finished signing the paperwork. I learned that I wouldn't be taking my truck home the same day about ten minutes after signing documents. They put me in a loaner for 3 days. I didn't get a full explanation on what needed to be done until two days later. They tried to spin the situation as a good thing because I got brand new brakes and lines for my 2018 truck. That's great, but they had to in order to get it through VA inspection. I still find it odd that the vehicle was up for sale when it hadn't even been inspected. It's a busy dealership, so I get it, things happen and people make mistakes. It's still a little unsettling knowing the lines needed to be replaced - the truck is three years old and has less than 28K miles. I also discovered that the sunroof was broken the day after they delivered the vehicle. It would only open half way and made a crunching sound. Since I live in Maryland, I had to get it through MD inspection. I didn't expect an issue since it's a newer vehicle. The vehicle failed inspection and I had to pay out over eleven hundred dollars to get both of my front struts replaced. Ford rejected the factory warranty for reasons that still aren't clear to me. Luckily, Ford did honor the sunroof warranty. They are covering half the costs to get it through MD inspection, which softens the financial blow a little. More
