Gotta tell you...it would take a massive, HONEST effort to offset my opinion and experience with Koons. Please save the fully anticipated, disingenuous public-facing response. Koons Kia of Woodbridge showed it's true colors in the false vehicle features listed in the sale posting and the repeated misrepresentations of truth it communicated with the BBB on multiple occasions while simultaneously dealing in bad faith with me (I have the written BBB communications.) I previously worked in the automotive industry for over 5 years (liaisoning with dealers to troubleshoot computer issues, and writing repair guides). Koons takes the cake in deception and that doesn't only come from my personal experience, a number of other people have shared their unfavorable experiences with me...so, do you really want to try it! The only person there that was worth anything was Jessy. LIke I said...it would take a massive, HONEST effort to offset my opinion and experience with Koons.
