They lie about your credit score and send you fake mailings saying you can't finance a vehicle because your own bank denied you. Funny thing is I was on the phone with my bank and they said I was alr mailings saying you can't finance a vehicle because your own bank denied you. Funny thing is I was on the phone with my bank and they said I was already approved. They lie often. Give you an excuse to use their financing after they took 12 points off my Equifax score and then said no they didn't. Two weeks later send me a fake mailing saying they could not finance me because my credit was what Level A bit even fudged numbers taking25 more points off in the letter. Equifax and Penfed I notified and they told me the mailings were fraudulent. But it was ok if I wanted to purchase a newer car the loan would be fine. Don't have them run credit because they are liars. Don't trust this Dealership and go somewhere else. More
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! First, do not trust the lower sticker prices. They advertise lower prices only then to add exorbitant processing fees, maintenance fees, etc. Sticker price on the Ford F150 lower sticker prices. They advertise lower prices only then to add exorbitant processing fees, maintenance fees, etc. Sticker price on the Ford F150 I was looking at was $35K. Obviously TTL and processing fees need to be added to that. Most other dealerships I dealt with added an average of $3,500. Koons Kia added $6,000. Their drive off price was over $41,000, $6,000 higher than the sticker price. Secondly, do not trust their word. They are liars. One GM, Tim, agreed to a price of $39.6K after I informed him I had my own financing. Moments later, he went back on his word and said that price was only if I financed through them. NO INTEGRITY. I walked away. The next day the salesman, Kevin, who I believe is only trying to do the right thing, called me and apologized for the way things happened and said he would speak to another manager. The next manager, Matt, agreed to the price of $39.6K with me providing my own financing. I was in the process of picking up the check from my bank to deliver to the dealership when they called and said the deal was off. I understand wanting to make a profit. But at what cost? Lying? Breaking your word? Being dishonest? These managers are not to be trusted. Learn from my mistake. Shop elsewhere. More

Purchased a GMC truck back on July 3, 2021. The vehicle needed a replacement windshield and the tried pressure monitoring system needed to be serviced. It also came with only 1 key. I was provided an IOU f needed a replacement windshield and the tried pressure monitoring system needed to be serviced. It also came with only 1 key. I was provided an IOU for the windshield and advised to take it to my local Safelite and have the windshield replaced which I did. I was also instructed to take the vehicle to a GMC/Chevrolet dealer to have the tire monitoring system checked which I did. I submitted all receipts as instructed followed up with phone calls as well. Still waiting for my reimbursement check from them since July 19, 2021. In addition to the windshield, I asked about a second key, and was advised to contact the roadside assistance company and report it lost and it would be replaced. Well not so. I had to order the specially cut key from the factory with a remote, then have them reprogrammed to the truck total cost around $290! So far I have not received any reimbursement for the money I have had to lay out for this vehicle. Their IOU isn't worth spit! I'll update this post or repost if anything changes. Dan More
Parris and Umair have been easy to work with and understand my predicament. Working seamlessly in trying to get me I to my new truck without putting stress on my cancer ridden wife. Very unethical business practices. Attempted to purchase a vehicle from them twice. The first time they refused to honor the price advertised online. Instead offered varying justifications. Salesman stated a vehicle from them twice. The first time they refused to honor the price advertised online. Instead offered varying justifications. Salesman stated one reason while sales manager gave totally different reasons. Very disappointing! The second time, I again showed a price I saw online. Again they stated they could not honor this price. This time it was because the vehicle I was looking to purchase was in high demand and therefore the website didn’t account for the recent markups. When I questioned this, I was given belittling responses about how business works and how every dealership is doing the same thing. STAY AWAY from this dealership! More
