I'm at about 94,000 miles. So, I had to pay for my oil change. It's all the time when I come in there. I got the extended warranty. And the state inspection. Va doesn't honor it or something of that nature. We'll that's nuts. It's part of my package. It's in the warranty/payment I signed in my contract. Isn't that a breach of contract? Seems like it is. The service worker down the desk from mine was quite rude to his customer. She was upset because your schedulers didn't know what's happening in the actual department, and he couldn't actually accommodate he to his customer. She was upset because your schedulers didn't know what's happening in the actual department, and he couldn't actually accommodate her in the schedule. He was saying it wasn't his fault. But it wasn't hers either. Every time she tried to talk, he would interrupt saying, I'll do the service again. She would try to ask something and he would just repeat that. I didn't have exact wording as I was trying to listen to my person. But the tone, interruption, and the snarky attitude of "will that make you happy?" was unpleasant. As for my service, I was in several weeks ago. They diagnosed the problem and were able to replicate it. They said they would call. I heard nothing back and called myself. "Oh yeah" ... So pretty sure they forgot. Was told in order to get it covered by Kia, I needed another diagnostic. I sat for several hours. Then was told they couldn't replicate it this time and that Kia needed a recording of the problem. I also couldn't replicate it. Though it has happened several times in the last few days. Your people saw it last time. If you don't trust your people witnessing it, why should I trust them? More
