Please stay away from this company. Please stay away from Umair Ali and Ramon, both financial managers. Umair tricked us and gave us 9.9 Apr instead of 7.5 Apr although I had a very good credit score. Thank God we refinanced and got 5.5Apr from Apple federal Bank. While we were signing the documents for the car purchase, Umair rushed us through the process so we didn't even see they added $5000 extra add ons to our loan, we found out and cancelled all three warranty, Ramon told us they can't do the cancellation so we had to call a number. We got some of the refund, but for maintenance we were suppose to get $1800 refund, power protect said since Kia will be providing the service they kept some of the money so they are giving us $600. Kia don't want to refund the $1200 so they will keep the money although our service is cancelled. Please stay away from Kia woodridge, they are not honest and don't care. More
I purchased my car on 10/19/24 with Mustafa Farighi in Sales & Christian in Finance. The experience was fantastic- with one exception- that had nothing to do with either of them. Before reaching the de Sales & Christian in Finance. The experience was fantastic- with one exception- that had nothing to do with either of them. Before reaching the dealership, I had done my research which was a breeze on the website. I picked out the car and applied for financing. Simultaneously, I received an email from a salesperson and I received a text from Mustafa introducing himself and asking if he could call me. I agreed then we set up an appointment for the next day to Purchase. BTW, I didn't respond to the email because the text was more efficient and got my attention faster! I met with Mustafa, and he had the car ready, no test drive was needed as this was my third Kia Soul, and we agreed to terms. The preliminary emails from the dealership were fantastic and necessary in letting me know what documents to bring to the appointment. I had everything ready! At the time, a Military Incentive Program is being offered to qualified individuals. I read the terms. Brought the supporting documents. BTW, I spent 6 years in the US Army Reserves and am Honorable Discharged. The dealership asked for my DD-214. For anyone with experience with the military, you'll know that you're only issued a DD-214 when you have been on active duty for more than 90 consecutive days. The majority of reservists will not have that. So to advertise that an Honorable Discharged Member of the Reserves is eligible for this Discount and then ask for a Form that would not be otherwise issued to this military member is downright ignorant. KIA needs to do better with this and educate themselves. I have taken this up with the corporate office to hope no one else is denied this discount. It's not a big discount but everything helps. Other than that, Koons Kia was a positive experience and I would recommend them- Especially Mustafa! More

I stopped the car and saw that the under car shield had been unprofessionally tampered with, and a couple of clips were broken. I went back to the dealership and spoke with a man named John, who identified himself as the manager, and Brian, the supervisor. They both denied responsibility, claiming I might have hit a bump after leaving the dealership. I informed them that I had recordings from my dash cam, but they continued to deny any wrongdoing. Brian even claimed the damage was present before I brought the car in. I explained that if the damage had been there previously, there would have been road debris on the shield, but this had just happened, and no one would drive with a loose shield making a flapping noise. They ignored my explanation and refused to accept responsibility. AVOID doing business with these dishonest people. They fixed one part and damaged another. If you choose to continue doing business with them, make sure to take pictures inside, outside, and even underneath your car. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
Super fast service on our Kia Soul. The service department quickly diagnosed the cause of the fender liner being loose and fixed in minutes with clips. The service department quickly diagnosed the cause of the fender liner being loose and fixed in minutes with clips. More

The truck had broken wipers, missing mats and the tires were almost at their end of life. I was informed that if I buy the tire warrantee that they will replace them for me. Well, six months since I bought the truck they had only replaced two tires. Today (6 months after I bought my truck) they told me they couldn’t replace the other 2 tires because their policies have changed. Throughout months I was in contact with a sales manager that helped on the purchase named Hores. We kept interchanging messages about the tires until he never responded back again. He would just tell me they will be available in two weeks or so (turned into months and they were never ordered). This sales manager no longer works there, I wonder why. I was a victim of bait and switch scheme. I spoke to the sales manager Amir and he told me that I would receive a call from the service rep Elvis to follow up on the issue. After 7 days had passed, I called to receive an update on the order of the tires, no one was available and no update was given. At day 10, I called the service rep Elvis and asked about an update on the tires, he told me that he didn’t have any knowledge on this issue. Therefore, the sales manager never relied the info to Elvis. I called and left a message to customer relations Tearlon Harris but never received a call back. Overall these people are un-professional and don’t care about the customer once they sell a car. One last thing, they tried to increase the original internet price in the sales contract and also tried to incorporate ceramic coating charges without even asking. I called them out on it and they removed those extra fees. Please take your business elsewhere. More
They advertise the lowest prices in town by almost 5k. We texted the salesmen, who confirmed that was the price and that we would come in and buy it. We were told we would have to finance it at that price We texted the salesmen, who confirmed that was the price and that we would come in and buy it. We were told we would have to finance it at that price. Turns out, the price is only if you lease it. Their price is the same as everywhere else; they just lie to get you in the door. If it is too good to be true, it is, do not believe there false adverting and salesmen lies. Make sure what you sign for is what they actually advertised and quoted you. More
We had a squeal on our car that our mechanic thought was best dealt with at dealership so took it here. Dropped off at night. They had misspelled our name when making our service reservation and then when t best dealt with at dealership so took it here. Dropped off at night. They had misspelled our name when making our service reservation and then when the car came in put it under another random name. But more importantly after having car 2 days said it was a belt that had been replaced recently. Checked with our mechanic who said for sure not. So paid diagnostic fee (for wrong diagnosis) and took it back to our mechanic who figured out it was a/c and fixed it. More

Someone has been helping me, and then when I call back, they say the person no longer works there. They then say, "Oh, that person misinformed you." I have been trying to order a replacement key through my extended warranty for weeks. I thought the claim process had started, but it had not. The service advisor lied to me when they said they started it. Each time you call someone, they tell you something different. They will be nice on the phone but be lying because they have no idea what they are doing. This is not the only issue I have dealt with from them. The person who sold me my car did the same thing. He made promises that he was not authorized to fulfill. We did not find out until after we purchased the car that he stopped working there less than a week after we purchased the car. I have honestly never had a worse customer service experience. I can't even rate most of the employees I have worked with because they are not listed. Probably because they do not work there anymore.
