The salesman lied to us and told us he was ok with lowering the price $750 just to get us to drive out there and look at the car. After test driving it, he then did not honor the reduced price and wa lowering the price $750 just to get us to drive out there and look at the car. After test driving it, he then did not honor the reduced price and wanted the original price - only to lower the price of the vehicle the next morning by $250! So they let the sale go over $500 difference and wasted everyone's time. More
I took my 2023 kia sportage in for 2 recalls and a problem with the tire pressure . Everyone at the service dept Koons Kia of Owings Mills was friendly and helful and efficient. For our last purchase (Niro EV), the Sales Manager Derrick Showacre bent over backwards to Kia of Owings Mills. Every experiences has been positive. For our last purchase (Niro EV), the Sales Manager Derrick Showacre bent over backwards to help us complete the sale on our terms and within our budget. The sales staff we've worked with for all 3 purchases was also knowledgeable, courteous and professional, even when we went back with after-sales questions about the vehicle. Highly recommended More

On 7/11/22 I had my first official service on my 2022 Kia Soul! My service rep Jeremy was AMAZING!! This is my 3rd experience with Koons Kia of Owings Mills and from my intial pruchase through the last two v Soul! My service rep Jeremy was AMAZING!! This is my 3rd experience with Koons Kia of Owings Mills and from my intial pruchase through the last two visits, everyone has been super nice, professional, and the location is spotless!! It was so worth going to Koons vs the Kia dealership closest to my house. The staff were so much friendlier and more courteous, and Hamid was truly amazing to work with. I was able to test drive everyth closest to my house. The staff were so much friendlier and more courteous, and Hamid was truly amazing to work with. I was able to test drive everything I wanted to drive and easily put a deposit on the incoming vehicle I decided I wanted. Hamid was so patient with my nearly daily (ok daily) texts to check on the arrival of my new car, and when it looked like it wouldn’t arrive until after I left for vacation (it ended up arriving on time after all), Hamid made sure the car could be held for me an extra week until I was home to test drive it and then finish the purchasing process. Since it did arrive on time, Hamid had all my paperwork ready to go to make the purchasing process as quick as possible. Truly loved working with Hamid and Koons Kia and I absolutely LOVE my new EV6! Highly recommend Koons and I’m case I wasn’t clear enough - ask for my friend Hamid! More
