The salesman lied to us and told us he was ok with lowering the price $750 just to get us to drive out there and look at the car. So they let the sale go over $500 difference and wasted everyone's time. More

It was so worth going to Koons vs the Kia dealership closest to my house. The staff were so much friendlier and more courteous, and Hamid was truly amazing to work with. Hamid was so patient with my nearly daily (ok daily) texts to check on the arrival of my new car, and when it looked like it wouldn’t arrive until after I left for vacation (it ended up arriving on time after all), Hamid made sure the car could be held for me an extra week until I was home to test drive it and then finish the purchasing process.
