My experience with Koons Kia of Owings Mills is with the Service Department. At all times they were very professional and upfront. There are times I had concerns however the staff worked to help resolve Service Department. At all times they were very professional and upfront. The salesman lied to us and told us he was ok with lowering the price $750 just to get us to drive out there and look at the car. After test driving it, he then did not honor the reduced price and wa lowering the price $750 just to get us to drive out there and look at the car. So they let the sale go over $500 difference and wasted everyone's time. More
